Service is going downhill. [Name Removed] is the best by far. This bloody new system doesn't allow you to use your point. Umbrellas are burned in the outdoor and no entertainment.
Hearty Pub Dishes – Forget about the permanently closed Il Vivo, the Green Valley Hotel ️@5 Woodward Cres, Miller NSW 2168, is the Bomb . This place has awesome pizzas starting from $12 & a variety of hearty menu items. Their pizzas are wayyyyy better than Il Vivo, just google their menu. Their pizzas are nepolease style. It certainly beats most fast food outlets. This place is literally going to be my weekly pilgrimage . Sorry I have to say goodbye to Westfield Liverpool.
Two extremely rude and unwelcoming bar staff – The new bar staff from the willow dale tavern are extremely rude labelling local patrons as degenerates, and have managed to get the majority of local patrons offside in the short time they have been at the Greenvalley hotel. They do not fit into the once friendly and welcoming atmosphere of the bar staff they replaced…!!! The two new bar staff should not be in the hospitality industry they’re unwelcoming rude demeanour is not what the hospitality trade is about…!!!
Abusive bar staff member – Since writing this review I have learned the unprofessional rude and nasty piece of works name is Tara While attending a friend’s wake on Friday 21/06/2024, I was standing at a table opposite the bar in conversation with a friend, I was facing the bar while talking and I was once again for absolutely no reason abused by the same female bar staff member who had been abusive towards myself on ANZAC day 2024. This female should not be in the hospitality industry She is abusive and has no idea how to interact with people, It is obviously clear she has a problem with serving and former military members…!!!
