If I could give 10 stars I would. I had a huge problem with the transport company transporting my cat- internationalpets.com.au who will receive 0 stars from me . Nichola was absolutely fantastic about the delay in transporting my cat due to a Qantas cancellation and lack of service from Internationalpets. She not only offered to look after my girlie, she offered to drop her to Armidale Airport not for a charge but to alleviate the hassle Ive gone through and my cat will have to go through. HUGE Kudos. I can only say good things about these caring people where animals definitely come first.
