missing bulbs, faulty gas cooker , faulty fans , broken doors, grass cutting) were fixed more than two weeks after lot of following up. The rude owner Shae was like it’s our duty to follow up things when it’s clearly the job of property manager. The unprofessional property manager Tanya Marin made false accusations about different people living in the house relying of their handyman’s words. Most rudest and most unprofessional of Shae and Tanya when dealing via emails. Trying to put blame on us instead of working on their faults and unprofessional behaviour. They also send rent arrears emails on the due date of the rent when it has been paid oneday prior.

Caroline Springs Office is the worst rental agency I have ever dealt with – The Director and the Property Manager in charge of my tenancy are the worst and most unprofessional agents I have ever dealt with in the last 10 years I have been renting. the rude correspondence I am used to receiving by now what tipped me over was an issue with the water bill being sent to the owner as the agency failed to inform the company that I have moved in.

Eight months into my tenancy I receive an email stating that money is owed for water as I FAILED to notify the water company (key word "I"). The agent then got her director involved after I sent a screen shot and expressed my annoyance at the fact that I am being blamed for something that is the agency or owners responsibility to change for new tenants which she seemed to clueless to. The email was forwarded to her director who then also rudely responded stating that they did and it is not their fault that I didn't answer my phone calls or phone the water company back (I never received any calls). Passing blame on to me and refusing to take any accountability to the fact that they messed up and her agent lacks proper training is just unacceptable as a major agency. That same day when it seems they finally did contact the water company I received an email welcoming me to the water company and that I have now been signed up as the tenant... funny how there was no phone call I needed to answer this time?

I would have appreciated an email with an apology stating they must of had an oversight and they will fix it right away not rudely pass the blame on me because they have incompetent agents. I just am completely appalled at their treatment of customer and clients. I feel sorry for the landlord who is paying them and losing money for the worst service possible.

I would never deal with this agency again – If I can give 0 star, I would. Previously known as Sweeney Property Agent in Footscray, I had encountered a lot of issues as soon as I signed a lease with them. Property is in poor condition, very dirty and dusty. I expected the place in reasonably clean, but apparently I was expecting too much. I had to get appliances delivered on the first day of the lease, so there was no other way I could cancel my purchase because of this property condition. Show details

builder's fault, not mine. I don't know anything about it. I am only here to sell the house". I have been going through a terrible stressful time with this new house and what worse is having an agency who is just there for commission fee and ignoring all the morals. The light, the toilet seats, the stoves, the dishwasher and the doors' locks are all broken right from the first few weeks we moved in. The toilet is blocked after a few times being used. The front garden was left completely a jungle. And the council is now telling me to contact the vendor as it's their responsibility. Where do I get the vendor's contact when I bought it through an agency? I had to push for weeks before I could get a key to open the door to my backyard. And till now I still haven't got the warranty documents for most of the facilities in the house. It's been countless emails and calls to chase what I deserve and get nothing. When I first came for inspection, Jacob said the house is brand new and in "perfect" condition so I can have peace in mind and won't have to worry about any issues with it for awhile. Then in my second inspection which is the final inspection, he decided to come late for 15 mins and then telling me that he has to rush for the next app in 5 or 10 mins. He deliberately gave me minimal amount of the time so I couldn't inspect the house properly. I had those few mins to inspect the house, and after that he simply said that it's my fault for agreeing to settle into the house with out proper inspecting the house and there is nothing he can do about it. While before he said he is always there when I need help later. I have called the manager of the office to make a complain, and the manger named Wayne, not surprisingly, responded in the exact same irresponsible way and showed no intention of hearing me out. I am deeply disappointed. I so wish I didn't engage with this realestate agency.

want to get some help from the office, so I started my story, but she kept interrupting me, and said she didn't want to talk to me then handed off the phone, the duration of the phone call was less than 1 min. steam cleaned, everything looked great. Then they made a HUGE deal because we didn't use their "preferred" cleaner. INSISTED on a second clean and only gave us a few hours notice to do so, basically backing us into a corner and handing us the bill. We're convinced they got a cut of the cleaning fee. Total scumbags.

Greg hocking Williamstown – Director Wayne, property manager Cassandra l have never met more out of touch people only for the money and don't look after the landlords but they are good to take each month the magagement fees. The mocking you receive when you complain NEVER AGAIN stay away they don't look after you just want money.

Never Again – When to an open for inspection today 9/9/17 at 102 North Rd Newport, [name removed] of Greg Hocking was vary obnoxious. One can only ask if he was having a very bad day or deliberately trying to turn people away for some reason. I will never have any dealings with Greg Hocking estate agents.

property while the auction took place. When a bidder made an offer he ignored it thereby missing any opportunity to engage the crowd and create excitement. He basically just acted like a robot and went through the motions and passed the property in. Without the blow by blow, after the auction and over the next few months for many reasons I completely lost trust in him. I wrote a letter to him elaborating the above and in a subsequent phone call instead of addressing any of my concerns he said, (cue the robot voice), "we will pursue costs" If we had our time over we would GIVE GREG HOCKING HOLDSWORTH A WIDE BERTH!!! not show. I had to call the office to find out she wasn't coming in. She did not even apologise for not even having bothered to call. I don't know if this service is even acceptable? I passed the phone to my housemate whose's voice is a little stronger than mine, and she asked her not to be rude when we were plainly telling her that we were fine with re arranging if she even told us she was not going to make it in the first place. It was just not nice of her to bail on us, and for us to put our life on hold while waiting for her was rather unpleasant.
