remained locked. We received the consignment on Monday morning 9th. The cost to our company of a stand down over the weekend and an extended shift with extra staff on Monday is significant. Greyhound Freight have refused to do anything at all about the issue. They have stated that is not their problem and walked away from it. Greyhound Freight is a useless service, zero accountability, absolute lack of any integrity at all. You would have to be crazy to use it.

Lack of communication – I sent my luggage through greyhound freight. No one contacted me to let me know where and when my parcel would be delivered which resulted in me not getting it and it continuing on to Townsville. Show details

Parcel didn't make it on the bus twice – I booked the parcel in at the Mackay Ampol with the greyhound freight service parcel was taken but it didn't get put on the bus. wasn't their fault and not their responsibility. I went to collect box that day and wanted to put it premier the staff couldn't refund or put it on the next box stating it was their fault.

Very professional – Greyhound transported from Brisbane to Wauchope, had won three races. Has now won four more races and has had numerous placings since arriving. I can't speak highly enough about the service.

The Greyhound Christmas Grinch – I sent Christmas presents from Brisbane two weeks before Dec 25th 2013. phone calls to customer service during this time and was told the goods would be couriered to the receiver as it was an error from the sending depot. This did not happen and after many frustrating phone calls I simply gave up and and instructed the goods be returned.

Their customer service did not care. The Grinch would have given them 10 out of 10 for ruining Christmas!

Awful customer service from all levels of management!!

Value for money – Cheaper than Australia Post for large or bulky items. I have saved a lot of money using Greyhound freight as your parcel goes on the next available coach service with is usually twice daily to most major towns and major city capitals. Great customer service by the staff every time I call. Reliable and value for money.

Excellent Service – Grey hound's website gives the best user experience. as a traveler, this has been a great help looking for easy and quick journey booking. I have made an urgent booking from Melbourne to Bordertown, everything smooth and easy from time selection to payment. Exceptional service – I needed some parts in Mount Isa urgently, and the items left Brisbane at and arrived 6:30pm the following day. They are more reliable than most road freight providers and sometimes even quicker than air freight. (most the time)They have saved me an arm and a leg, and i would prefer to use Bus than TNT and Toll Cheaper than airfreight. charges per item
