Worst ever BBQ, don't buy – Absolutely atrocious BBQ, rusts very badly and I can't cook fish without buying a silicone mesh because the grill rods are too far apart. The stupid flame deflector collects fat & smoke burns the crap out of anything you cook. Extremely disappointed, it's throw away after 6mths. Photos show what should be beautiful white Barramundi cooked… Read more

Portable Grillz stainless steel BBQ that has become rusty within 9 months – I had been looking about for a small portable BBQ for our back deck. Its pretty weather proof unless a gale is blowing. "Durable, it is made from high-quality stainless steel".

We have used the BBQ approx. 12 times, and never cooked anything on the actual grill, but with a fry pan to cook fish, to keep the smell out of the house. As I said previously, the BBQ is always kept undercover out of any weather. Though, being an external BBQ, made from durable stainless steel, you would expect it to not be too concerned about the weather. However, this is not the case.

I noticed quite quickly, that the top cover was getting small brown stains that soap and warm water would not remove. Over the months, the small brown stains became rust spots. No amount of washing would remove them.

I have presently trying to get Harvey Norman involved in either replacing the whole BBQ, or refunding me the purchase price. I will keep readers informed.
