I was recommended their product, so i placed an order, and nearly 4weeks later still no product. $200 order. I have received an email that they will attend to my situation. It's all drop shipped from CHINA, and they had over to AUSTRALIA POST for local delivery. Cheesy phone message, no onshore persons to contact. I would give it a skip.

Groomsaber: Overpriced and Unprofessional – Groomsaber: Overpriced and Unprofessional I purchased a de-shedding comb from Groomsaber and received the wrong size. When I contacted customer support, the representative was immediately combative and defensive, questioning my expertise as a certified groomer. Only after much back-and-forth did they acknowledge their mistake. To my surprise, the comb I received was nearly identical to a much cheaper version I had previously purchased from Temu. Despite Groomsaber's claims of superior materials, the performance difference was negligible. As a professional, I can confidently say that the Temu comb, priced under $10, performs just as well as Groomsaber's $50 version.

Based on this experience, I believe Groomsaber is simply a dropshipping operation, marking up generic products from platforms like Temu. My advice: save your money and shop directly on Temu for a fraction of the price. Whether you're a professional groomer or a pet owner, there's no need to overpay for the same quality.

I wouldn't have left such a negative review if the customer service experience hadn't been so unpleasant. Instead of addressing my concerns, the representative chose to be combative and dismissive. This lack of professionalism is a major red flag for any potential buyer.

Overall, I highly recommend avoiding Groomsaber. Their products are overpriced, their customer service is poor, and their business practices are questionable. You're better off searching Temu for similar products at a much lower cost.
