Disgusting – terrible, don't use them, not at all honest or honourable, very disappointing the owner sewa was polite on the phone but when he came out he was dishonest and that makes his untrustworthy

Seems not reliable – Nearly book the job. One man give me price. But later he said t that he need come to have a look, maybe more. I asked him if over my limit, Can I cancel. If during range, I am happy to they do job. Then he said that they are interested in coming anymore. Seemed not reliable.

End of Lease Cleaning review for GSR Cleaning Team – GSR Team has done great job in short notice of time. Our Booked cleaners did not turn up and we had to return the key to Agent. We paid more money than Gumtree cleaners, but got value and service by GSR Team.

I don't recommend – First of all, when I contact via FB messenger, AI answered and send same message repeatedly, that notification was annoying. After that I chat on phone call, and asked many questions. Then he said "Honestly I'm not interested in your job." then canceled. I don't think reliable company.

Don't bother – They came and did a quote at my home, I have tried to contact them several times for the actual quote but still no answer, just the old "I will get someone to call you back" still waiting!!!! If you don't want the job GSR at least tell the customer.

TERRIBLE – BEWARE!!!! Misleading quote over the phone. Price did not include GST. Most of all WORST 'cleaning' of my house!! the next hour to speak on the phone with supervisor instead of doing a better job. They cleaned over areas in a rush and did not remove any of the grime i asked to be removed off the wall. Did not clean properly AT ALL!! kept saying the wall were scratch, but when i wiped them it came off. NOT PROFESSIONAL CLEANERS

The cleaners turned up and were already exhausted. i expect they are overworked and under paid.

half late (due to parking but I had specifically spoken about parking difficulty when I first booked but was assured it would be ok).

When they finally arrived, they wanted to charge me for the time it took them to park, which was not discussed prior and nearly as much time as they were here cleaning. Then they stated that they were 2 cleaners staying for 3 hours, when I definitely booked for half that time.

After agreeing upon the 1.5 hours they attempted to claim they had arrived 45 minutes earlier than in reality and the second cleaner kept stopping cleaning to chat to me about payment even after I requested he leave discussions till after the allotted cleaning time.

The primary fault however, lies in poor quality of the cleaning provided. I felt like they were a couple of teen boys and I was their mother. They cleaned at a very slow pace, stopping and asking my advice every few minutes. I had to actually explain to them how to clean, at one point getting on my own hands and knees in the shower to demonstrate how some surfaces need cleaner and a scrub rather than just a wipe over.

There were still finger marks on the cupboards, built up grime in the fridge and streaks on the windows, all jobs I specifically requested completed.

This was over a month ago and they offered me a $40 discount (not even covering the price of the parking they cost me) and the receipt I was promised directly after still hasn't arrived.

All in all I was incredibly disappointed with the lack of professional quality and standard of the service. The job I paid for was not done and I had to hire someone else to complete what I hired them to do.

I would never recommend their services to anyone. Stay clear.
