items from the beauty range and this one is probably the biggest stretch in the justification stakes (it’s very hard to justify this sort of money on everyday products these days), but a recent windfall meant I could treat myself.

So, shipping from Gucci online was fast and free. The package was split, which is fine but don’t expect any samples…. Clearly not common practice at Gucci AU. You will be required to sign for it so bear that in mind when ordering. The liner itself was not as soft as I would like for a retractable/kohl but not unusable. The tip broke very easily with minimal pressure applied which surprised me. Compared to liners from Chanel, Dior, Lancôme, YSL and other luxury brands this liner is great, but not outstanding. The range of colours available, the design of the barrel and the versatile texture which allows you to line and define or smudge it out a little are the pros while price is the con here.
