Gumdrop Lolly Shop

Some items arrived out of date, the freeze dried lollies were chewey. Order was placed on December but they were on holidays with no note advising this when placing the order. In January when they reopened they refused to cancel and refund the order. Really appalling service. In March I am still waiting for the stale lollies to be replaced or refunded

The banana lollies and musk sticks are as hard as boiled lollies. The red frogs left a gross taste in my mouth. All in all the lollies in my 2kg pick n mix don't feel as soft as I would expect fresh lollies to be.

Simply shocking. No accountability just blaming Aus post for missing items. Going off multiple other reviews stating the same experience I think your the problem not Aus post ‍

If I could give 0 stars I would. Daughter placed the order on my phone with my saved details in shop pay. As soon as I seen her on my phone I checked emails and seen a receipt of purchase. is disgusting for a small business to run like! I have told friends and family about the situation and all have said wow I don't know why they wouldn't refund. Even we own a small business and that's just wrong. Fighting over 40ish dollars to lose so many customers in return is actually bad business im my eyes!

I contacted the business to let them know 1 lolly was missing from my package and I’ve gotten absolutely no response back. After paying so much, I’m disappointed.

It is such a shame that when a customer contacts a business to advise that there is 1 ITEM (1 x 500gm bag) is missing from a $200 order they just received & the customer provided photos of the packing slip & everything received in the order. & the weight when it was posted matches their records they advised there is nothing they can do & to lodge a claim for missing item with Aust Post.

The business stated they will not assist because everything matches on their end & because of dishonest customers in the past saying part of their order hasn’t arrived.

Seriously if I was going to be dishonest wouldn’t I be saying the WHOLE ORDER was missing instead of 1 x 500gm bag?

Obviously not that Gumdrop Lolly Shop cares but I will never place another order with them again!

Friendly service and great location – Went to the Sunday markets and stopped into Gumdrop. Great location and fabulous range. Very friendly staff, welcoming and helpful.

Wouldn't Recommend – Received my order on Friday Lollies are hard definitely a waste of money. Would of been better off buying 43 dollars worth of lollies from Coles at least they would be fresh.

Top quality products and exceptional customer service – Absolutely ADORE gumdrop lolly shop! Their products are so fresh and delicious, customer service is beyond exceptional and delivery is always prompt and efficient (not that they can control Aus Post but the business themselves always dispatches my order in a timely and efficient manner). I could not rate this business highly enough. The quality of their products and their personal and friendly approach cannot be matched! 10 stars!

Avoid this shop, stale lollies, 12 days to ship – Unfortunately I can not recommend. Made my first purchase on the 6th of June, it was not even shipped until the 17th. June. Opened the bag and the actual bag containing the lollies as broken and lollies were everywhere in the postage bag. There was a huge amount of cola sour Bottles, sour bottles and Strawberry bricks but not alot of the Allen's lollies. The red frogs, Pineapples, snakes and Strawberry and Creams were extremely hard almost stale. Overall 12 days to ship an item is disgusting, then to give more cheaper lollies than the others ones is ridiculous. I purchased this for a friend's birthday present, and it arrived far to late for her birthday so I had to buy something else. I will not be buying again, not recommending the business. Total experience left a stale taste in my mouth literally.

Can’t be bothered with delivery of order on time or communication – Rude terrible attitude aside from not bothering emailing about order. Just sent text messages asuming everyone has a smartphone and internet. Then get angry when you complain that you don’t have your items yet.

Practically perfect in every way! – I ordered the buy 1kg get 1 free pick n mix bag and I have to admit I'm pleasantly surprised! It's not underweight at all and the quality is great. own address and the goodies had been returned, the gumdrop team had been told it would be re delivered. They returned after my second email to find out it in fact had not been re delivered and that it wasn't going to be. The GD team then took it back, re packed and labelled it, and express posted it back with a few extra goodies and I literally had it the very next day! The teamwent out of their way to locate my package, fight for my goodies (and that I knew my own address) and then spent extra cash redelivering the package to me. What a great Aussie business! I also highly recommend the lollies too.

The pick and mix is amazing – Absolutely amazing! They're so fresh and delicious! I wish there were more options for the pick and mix! Unfortunately, there was one missing candy, fizzy twists, but the total was still 2kg. (probably just ran out) Still very happy with my order!
