Great until the fan died – I loved this item until it stopped working. Well, the plates still heat up and I can still use it, but the fan - the product's big claim to fame - conked out very quickly. Not good value for money, and not good quality when the thing that's supposed to make your product great and set it apart doesn't last. Show details
