they can see that but they were not very helpful to give me benefit of doubt and give me the $15 voucher as promised. I will never use or recommend to my friends again

Take too long to deliver the fund – Hai Ha took more than 3 days to deliver the fund to Vietnam while others company takes around 24 hours

Unfortunately the receiver bank in can 'skim' a middle-man handling fee which results in the transferred amount that the intended Recipient gets being much less than the Sender was led to believe. Whilst Hai Ha does cater for bank to bank transfer, they also offer door to door delivery to Recipient. We transfered $20k AUD to a home address in Vietnam without any issues. The Hai Ha App was easy to use and the service was quick and effective.p

Good service – I have been using this service for over 4-5 years and happy with the service with no issue so far. The fund is usually delivered within 1 day from the receipt of the payment to them - only one occasion: 3 days.
