manage without a fridge for nearly two weeks? This is unacceptable service. A fridge should be able to handle temporary power outages, and even if issues occur, support should be much faster. I’m incredibly frustrated and would not recommend Haier if this is the level of reliability and customer care they provide.

Never purchase one of these – Had purchased this fridge just over 2 years ago and never used the bottom drawer because it froze vegetables. Haier dishwasher which was faulty from day one and he had a look at the fridge thinking it was just a setting that was causing the bottom drawer to freeze everything and he said the door was faulty because it was showing an error code. He opened the top cap of the fridge door and saw some exposed faulty wires. Tried to contact Fisher and Paykle and they refuse to replace the door. It was faulty from day one. NEVER purchasing an appliance from Fisher and Paykel again! Avoid this brand at all costs

since warranty is 2 years we cannot help. $800-1000 dollar fridge would expect better than 3 year service considering I also live in Tasmania so its not like we have large fluctuating outside temperatures. My suggestion is to look at other brands who have better reviews seem to have better warranties included for not much more extra dollars.

Great so far – We bought this fridge 2 years ago after needing a narrower and shorter model to fit our hole in the kitchen and it’s been great. We did have a problem with one of the vegetable drawers freezing our food but it was quickly fixed and no problem since . I’d definitely recommend this fridge to anyone needing a smaller one!

Fine whilst it worked - a nightmare when it broke – Like many others bought this fridge from Appliances Online. 15 months later it starts tripping the power in my house and is unusable. I've dealt with countless unhelpful Haier representatives with promises of callbacks unanswered and more and more delays. Received defective fridge – Ordered fridge from Appliance online for great price 850 AUD and got delivered next day The fridge looked beautiful but soon noticed that the top compartment of fridge was not working After 2 days of mess and content spoilage, contacted Appliance online and replaced it with other brand fridge.
