Why dose my dishwasher have e30 messages and how can I fix it. I have checked everything and everything seems good
Hi. I am unable to change the settings on this dish washer. Also the rinse indicator (the snowflake icon) is permanently lit up. Is there a quick fix for this?

Have had for 4 years and out of nowhere we keep getting the E30 code. We have checked all washer arms, inlet and outlet, hoses and drains for blockages. Seals look to be intact and the water drains in cycle. Except all of a sudden, the diswasher will flood my kitchen with nearly 3lt of water (not ideal with a family of 5, including a toddler and being pregnant) Any suggestions for a tired and frustrated pregnant mum?
Just wondering how to change cycles . I press power and start but I can’t get it to move to a different cycle ?
Hi J S , you need to press the little "PLAY" button on the left hand side under the power on off button. just press it slowly to move it from one cycle to the next. :) then when you've selected the cycle you want press the play button on the right hand side to start the wash :)
Pressing the power button doesn't always work to start it? Have to keep pressing and pressing....is it on the way out?

I bought my HDW13G1W second-hand so I don't have a manual. The dishwasher won't turn on at times, and when it does it only runs for a short while before turning itself off - then it emits occasional beeps. Any thoughts, or it is dead?

Only a 20 min rinse option.
The door for the detergent is not opening. It is still closed when the washing is finished.

How do you operate machine
It's (The Buttons) very sensitive, move your fingers over the power button once, if that doesn't work do it again. How to change your settings check the manual..... Like I said the buttons are very sensitive so just move your finger over the button to get your settings right.... Again check your manual :) Stay Safe I hope I've been some help :)

That error code means there is an issue with the drainage pump or over flow sensor and there is still liquid in the bottom of the dishwasher. Please fund the info that I have sauced from the Haier service support centre for technicians

1.The drain pump does not work 2.Water is in the bottom tray 3.The overflow switch failure 4.The connecting failure 5.The overflow switch is assembled on incorrect position 6.The mainboard failure Simple Solution: 1.Replace the mainboard 2.Check the leakage position and then reassembly it or replace the leakage component and record the leakage reason 3.Replace the overflow switch 4.Reconnect the harness 5.Reassemble the overflow switch 6.Replace the mainboard
These are not full steps you have to take but more guide lines for service techs that come to your house to do repairs.
If you still have warranty, call Haier and they will send a fisher and paykel service tech to your house

What is the E40 fault and why is water leaking from the door.
Water leaking from the door would indicate that there is an issue with the door seal. This could be from a damaged seal to even something being in the way of the seal and allowing water to escape. I have looked up codes for this model as I have one and I was curious but there is nothing within the manual. A very long call to Fisher and Paykel are also known Haier as they seem to have one staff member working their call centres for Australia and New Zealand. The result was a flow meter error which also could be why water is leaking out the door. This error could cause the unit to overfill.
If you haven't in the past, clean the spray arms, filter and mesh bottom. The run a heavy wash with a finish Dishwasher cleaner and run the unit. This issue could result from a Control panel error to sensor error and if it is just the sensor, I hope there is just some grease built up and the cleaner hopefully will clean it away. This is in no way a fix if there is an issue but just what I would do before replacing or getting the unit repaired.
Furthermore, I recommend doing the finish clean once a month with normal use or more often with heavy use. I also recommend not using short cycles and either using Auto or heavy cycles.

You keep your finger on the power button untill it starts moving to were you need it to be. If that doesn't work press the button below it the same way... Sorry I took a few days to reply :) Hoped it helped...

Time meaning a clock? That particular model doesn't have a clock. It does have a count down timer though which to cancel a cycle and start a new one you can pause the cycle, turn it off for 10 seconds and the power back up. This will allow you to select a new program from scratch.
If you want to cancel a delay timer you can press the delay timer until its restarts back to 0 or follow the steps above.
