My Haier HWMP75-918 7.5kg machine won't drain unless the hose is at ground level. Could you help please?

E3 is supposed to be because the clothes aren't level/machine is unbalanced. Have you tried redistributing clothes?
Absolutely. No matter how many times i do it it still beeps e3 at me

No couldn't get an answer so its sitting in the shed til further notice. Yes fnp said it was because it was an uneven load but no, i cant get the load anymore even if i tried!
Michelle, you have a broken or faulty out of balance switch, it need fixing or replacement. Worst case senario, its a faulty hall sensor which tells the motor to go into spin.. but, you can illuminate this by simply opening the lid & if you can spin the drum by hand, then its definitely the trip switch assembly that has broken.. this happens from overloading your washer & it knocks side to side, damaging the support that holds the trip switch.. you may have damaged your 4 x suspension rods also.. hope this helps

The pump is blocked says e1
1/clean lint filters, (2 in side of bowl). 2/Clean outlet tube by removing it and flush it. If this doesn't work you will have to access pump from underneath.
My haier HWMP75-918:washing machine keeps turning it's self off while trying to set the wash cycle. If I hold the on button in, it will stay on but as soon as I take it of it will turn off. Any help will be much appreciated. Thank you. Here's hoping.

My 7.5 washer is not drain or spinning what can I do at home to fix it?
Mine was doing the same thing so i ran afew hot cycles through it and still it was not rinsing so i took the pump out to drain the water out and i seen abit of gunk kuming out from the pump hose so i ran the hot water through that, connected everything back up and walah! My machine was working again lol im guesing the sensors were dirty plus pipe had alil blockage triggering the rinse to stop. Hope this works for u:)
if it does not spin what may be the problem?
