This is mostly for the Haier representatives, as most reviews concern the same problem that I was looking for, if a machine continually has the same issues of unbalancing, why keep making them the same. I’ve had mine for just over a year it is a replacement for the first one as the first wash I did flooded the whole house and outdoor area as the fill level didn’t work so was replaced the one I have now almost shakes across the room and unbalances with every wash. Absolutely hate it and would never buy a Haier product again going off this machine.
Doesn't rinse out just make a noise and no water comes out. Any ideas?
This Machine has been a great one. Until a couple of weeks ago. It enters to the spin cycle and becomes very noisy. It sounds like it is banging onto the side of the machine. It is a great washing machine, until this problem. Any help?
We had some problem u need to get the suspension rides changed an we had the gearbox changed to an ours looked like the bowl was buckled so it was also changed no we don’t have a problem so all
9.5kg Hwmp98TLU i can only wash 4x bath towels (not sheets) at a time so that the towel spin out properly. Is this a manufactures problem?

When on a normal rinse super load the water only fills half way, why?

Has anyone had a problem with the machine going of balance ours goes of balance every wash very frustrating?
Yes we have the 9.5jg top loader had it 6 months and repaired once already. Now being repaired for a 2nd time with the same balancing issues in the drum. My advise is do not buy a Haier product it is absolute horse manure.
I do not recommend this product to anyone it is the worst machine I have ever had
How do I clean my machine? It keeps dispensing black grime throughout every cycle all over the clothes. Not impressed
The easiest way to fix that problem is to buy a new machine and get them to take that piece of junk to the scrap metal yard and never support that brand again and encourage others to do the same , At least It will be recycled and will probably come back in a few months as a new car like one of the GREAT WALL range of utes , I'm sure they will stand the test of time 2
We have the same problem with this machine, whenever we soak or use hot water. There is a screw, under a plastic lug, in the base of the middle of the tub where you put the clothes. My hubby undoes this and lifts the base out of the tub - all the brown grime builds up under there, since there doesn't appear to be a filter like a machine with an agitator has. Clean this out and put it all back together - it will fix the problem for a while.

hi we just go our washing machine a month ago and ever since its being stoping during the spin cycle and making big banging noises anyone else had any problems?
Yes - I have had my machine only a few months. I have the same problem. Am currently fighting with the company to get a replacement. They have refused. They insist they can fix it - but by the sounds of it, almost everyone who buys one of these machines is having serious problems with them. By the way, the repair man who came out to look at the machine said that it was the suspension rods.
