Totally Unprofessional Business
My goods arrived damaged and poorly wrapped.
When I emailed the company they refused to take any responsibility for the damaged goods, and blamed the courier.
When I wrote to hair beauty ink for advice, they refused to take any responsibility.
I reviewed hair beauty ink, explaining I wasn’t happy with their after sales customer service. I then received an extremely rude pm from them.

Read moreand take the utmost care to ensure it arrives in tact however we are not responsible for the treatment that it receives from couriers. So for you to throw your toys out of the pram at us is unfounded and ignorant. Why have you not asked the courier for an apology? Your review should be aimed at the courier not us. Wow! I find this message unbelievable, I have never come across such a unpleasant & unprofessional business!

Very unproffesional
I bought a babyliss triple barrel waver from this company and when i opened the box the rubber handle is all sticky. This company refuse to believe there is anything wrong with it and wont give a refund. They say they checked it before going out as I have had this problem with this product before but there definately is a problem. The staff are incredibly rude and wont accept liability for faulty products sold by them.
