They will scream and hang up on you completely unprovoked. Oh and you won’t receive your items either – Absolutely most awful service in the whole industry, I have never had to deal with poorer customer service, Karen needs to find another job, as she yelled and hang up on me completely unprovoked. My items have not been delivered in over a month and when questioned about it, she was aggressive and rude and did not help at all. Would never consider them to be a serious supplier, be aware!!
Totally Unprofessional Business – My goods arrived damaged and poorly wrapped. When I emailed the company they refused to take any responsibility for the damaged goods, and blamed the courier. When I wrote to hair beauty ink for advice, they refused to take any responsibility. I reviewed hair beauty ink, explaining I wasn’t happy with their after sales customer service. I then received an extremely rude pm from them.
This is a copy of the reply they sent to me:
Your product was packed perfectly and was photographed to prove so. We send all our orders out in perfect condition and take the utmost care to ensure it arrives in tact however we are not responsible for the treatment that it receives from couriers. So for you to throw your toys out of the pram at us is unfounded and ignorant. Why have you not asked the courier for an apology? Your review should be aimed at the courier not us.

Very unproffesional – I bought a babyliss triple barrel waver from this company and when i opened the box the rubber handle is all sticky. This company refuse to believe there is anything wrong with it and wont give a refund. They say they checked it before going out as I have had this problem with this product before but there definately is a problem. The staff are incredibly rude and wont accept liability for faulty products sold by them.
