Very disappointed with this company, nearly 4 weeks since placing order and still no delivery. Still say on order preparing shipment, what a joke. No contact number to call them. Will never be using this Company again. After i wrote review a few days later my order was cancelled and it said i would receive a refund. That was nearly 3 weeks ago and still no refund. Do not buy from this website. Total scam, don’t know how their website is still able to operate, especially being available through the shop app. Ordered 2 weeks ago and haven’t received any shipping updates or responses to my emails. I regret not researching this website before buying as it seems others have the same experience. AVOID!!!!

This was a scam I waited 2 weeks without a shipping notification prior to contacting them, generous wait time, no reesponse to contact and no product - Fake number when you try to call them - no response to email or "contact us" form on the website - Now disputing charge with AMEX. Shop on Botany road does not exist. phone number is unanswered and support@oscaronline.shop. is mort a valid email address. I got a confirmation text from this number, +1(323) 543-7420 which is an American number.

Have not received product – I purchased shampoo from this site on 25 October with their shipping conditions most items shipped in four days and up to ten. Haven’t heard a thing sent two emails and two calls just go to a message bank. Avoid.

Don't waste your money – On 30 October 2024 I bought 2 items from this store online. With postage cost the total was just under $90. On 12 November I looked up my purchases on tracking site and they weren't even dispatched yet. I sent 3 follow up Emails and tried to call the number listed on the website. The call goes to a voice mail system every time. Don't purchase items from this store, you will probably not receive them.
