I really liked the idea of a 1 step wash / condition and I appreciate the recyclable paper packaging, but it just doesn’t work on long thick hair. It left my hair really tangled which resulted in a lot of breakage and my hair felt greasy after using it for about a month. I wouldn’t purchase again. Show details

I have dry coarse thick curly shoulder length hair. Received and used the product yesterday. I mistakenly ignored the instructions and lathered the pip in my hand and then smoothed over my hair with the pip in my palm (like I have done with other solid shampoos. I instantly felt my hair smooth. Used my usual hairshots with conditioner and… Read more

went to bed with damp hair. My curls are bouncy and soft this morning! I like the product but the smell is not great and not like the frankincense I oil i use on my face. I'd buy again. Looking now for a wee pip box to use whilst travelling.

Very disappointing product especially at this price point. My hair was like straw and I followed the instructions. Was told to only wash roots which I did and then the reply was “ One important thing to know is that Hairpip can feel straw-like while the hair is wet, but there is no need to apply conditioner or any other product as once it dries… Read more

it will feel soft and light.” So I was supposed to leave my hair feeling like straw ( couldn’t even run a comb through it) and wait till it dries to then brush my hair :/ And then “ Just apply it to the scalp and massage gently with your fingertips, without ruffling the hair” Ruffling, definitely won’t be recommending this product to anyone in the near future.

Can’t say it worked that great for me. Got it when it was 40% off and my head burned, it itched, the hair that fell onto my face made me itchy and I had to wash my hair sooner than usual. Used it twice, but only once on my scalp. Used nothing but the pip the first try. Used a huge amount of it and lost a lot of hair trying to get it to lather up…… Read more

very oily hair and scalp here, can’t say I was impressed.

I got the scent free version, so it smelled like cider vinegar chocolate, legit. But yeah super greasy hair by day 3. Usually it’s greasy, but not like super until day 4 at least.

The non-scent also triggered my MCAS and histamine, had to take a Telfast... but subsequent ones were okay.

Highlights. It makes my hair really curly, so I use it on my ends to add curl. Nothing beyond that.
