zero response to both my emails. I would not consider shopping there again or with the NZ retailer for Hale and Mercantile Addy & Lou (I purchased from Australia through this merchant) as her customer service is also poor, she was rude and took no responsibility for not providing correct information regarding her returns policy. She told me I should know all that, how? I am not in retail, and most stores are transparent regarding this. The commerce Commission agreed with me. They seem to be all love and light when you are handing over the big dollars until you have an issue or a query then you are blamed or ignored. I purchase stunning linen off Dmytro on Etsy in Europe, and it is absolutely top-quality service all round. And 100% yes to Gails comment below in regard to the wrong measurements, mine also is bigger than what is stated in Hales sizing chart, so I also have to purchase a bigger more expensive inner. False advertising here so be careful buyers

Linen sheets lasted 2.5 years – Linen sheets lasted 2.5 years before becoming very thin and eventually wearing through. Would maybe have expected a bit more time out of them.

it was 282 cm x 270 cm. I contacted Customer Service who offered some fairly lame suggestions including sewing ties in the corners to anchor the doona. I found a high end seamstress who took 25 cm off one end and I now have an almost perfect fit.

Love the product – The service is very good; I ordered a certain colour which had been discontinued - I was contacted immediately with another option. I love the varieties of colours in individual items.
