Not to be trusted – I ordered two travel steamers and when the package arrived there were face mist sprayers in there. When I complained I was told that they had reviewed my order and I got what I asked for. Despite sending a copy of my order and the photo of the product I received, they would not respond to any more emails. WARNING. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE THEIVES.
Scammed. Don't fall for it – I ordered a travel clothes steamer, finally a parcel arrived with the correct Tracking Number. Inside was a cheap facial spray. It's a scam company and there are hundreds, if not thousands, of people who have been defrauded like me. HallowForrest denied responsibility, and said "no return & no refund". I gather from fraud trackers that this is common practice for this company: they take your money immediately and send some junky thing in place of your order.
