Don't waste your money! – Very poor quality. Hair doesn't stay straight despite putting relevant heat protectors prior. By the time you start straightening another section, your hair goes back frizzy. Worst straightener I've ever owned. Not worth the money. No customer service number to contact for support. Very disappointed with this product. I hope this review helps others with their decision when choosing a straightener.
