I received my item (Crombie armchair) in about two weeks after ordering it. It literally looks like the photo. They delivered to the ground level. Customer service was great, and the delivery driver called me the morning of to confirm the time.

Ordered furniture in June, still waiting for it in December. Was allegedly in stock when ordered but suddenly after ordering it was not in stock and was told it would be delivered in September. stock piece could be delivered and was told that would incur an additional delivery cost. Surely given the excessive delays waiving the second delivery cost would be the least they could do. Won’t be purchasing again, regardless of the quality, which I hope will be good, given the price and the trouble.

Ordered headboard, took six weeks and endless emails to get any update on delivery. Terrible customer service. Always vague and useless with providing any information, would not buy from them again.

We purchased our new bed for an incredible price, dispatch time was very slow but customer service was always available and helpful. All up it took close to 1 month for bed to get delivered so not ideal if you are in a rush, luckily we weren't.

I ordered a bathroom basin from here, and while the shipping date was slightly longer than predicted due to a string of public holidays, their customer service team was friendly, professional and extremely prompt in dispatching the goods after a quick and easy phone call to sort it out.

Would also give zero if I could – Ordered table with shipping just over a month later. Shipping date confirmed repeatedly. On the day of supposed delivery, we didnt receive anything. Tried contacting them on phone (left messages) email, instagram and facebook to not avail. Delivery kept being delayed, which would have taken it past the banks 90-day clawback. Lodged a clawback with CBA and they refunded me.

Big scam – Could have given 0 if possible. Horrible to deal as when u ask about where abouts of your order they keep sending same reply. I have a very strong feeling that I got scammed as when talking to customer care same person replies all the time! Please send my order ASAP (as according to your website is an in stock item!) oh god helps if it is custom made or preorder item!! This is our hard earn money so please please avoid this scammers please.

Beautiful furniture at reasonable prices – I absolutely love my new bed !! I was reluctant to purchase a bed on line but the quality and customer service exceeded my expectations!

Expensive Delivery Costs – Wanted to order a rug which was $360 however delivery price was excessive at $160. Contacted customer service however would only reduce delivery by $25 which wasn’t much of a help - still excessive in my opinion.

Very disappointed – I have placed an order in April, and keep calling the customer service team and still haven’t got my order. Website says 5-10 bus day delivery which is absolutely not reliable, tired of calling customer service and every time hear different date

Awesome company – Sure, delivery might be a bit slow but the wait was well and truly worth it! Just received and set up one of their hampton style tv units and I have to say its probably the best quality piece of furniture I’ve come across in years! We are extremely happy with our purchase and look forward to buying again from H&G  Show reply
