Hampton Cycles

Excellent – Bought an epic from Hampton cycles in 2016. Smooth and easy to deal with. Have subsequently taken my bikes to numerous mechanics over the years to local (Australian) and international mechanics and bike shops while racing and none have given me the service, time and expertise that these guys have provided. My bike looked brand new after the service and ended up being less than the quoted price. I highly recommend Hampton cycles.

We will take our business elsewhere! – A bad experience with shop owner. He ordered the wrong product and would not rectify. The service experience was not what we expected so we will take our business elsewhere. We let him get away with it as no point arguing with people like this. Reviews and word of mouth are pretty powerful tools.
