Very bad customer service – Well I think it’s only fitting to share another experience with Hang Logic, so you are all prepared . I didn’t get to the stage where I got anyone to fit anything on my walls ,due to the rudeness of JM , the owner . She gave me a quote ,and I rang her one time to get clarification, and she kept fobbing me off ,and telling me to put everything in an email . So I did, but again I had queries about the quote . I emailed her to ask if we could chat at a time that suits her ,because I was getting frustrated with all the exchange of emails, and all she could say was “I’m sure you will find another supplier to help you “ ‍‍. How rude is she ? Her loss .

Installation of the system might be a nice gift for anyone who just loves Arts or those who are prone to randomly putting nails in walls when they hang pictures (that friend who thinks they can hang a picture spot on the first time but can never get it right the first time) — install this once and adjust your pictures as many times as needed. You'll get great customer service with Hang Logic and a great product. Were great to work with from first enquiry through to final installation. Price was great and communication through the whole process excellent. They provided the documentation we needed in a timely fashion and scheduled the works around us, which was great. Would happily use again.
