Very Disappointing – After reading a lot of positive reviews I decided to buy two jars. What a big mistake that was. Even though if helped in getting to sleep I still wake up three hours later. contain melatonin, but so far, they don't seem to develop tolerance issues. They are very expensive but they're certainly worth if if you have serious sleeping problems. I usually take two tablets a night since three tablets make me fell a bit groggy the next day.
