These guys advertise as being Australian but they are not they are Chinese selling cheap Chinese knock offs of items you can buy here from Aussie retailers at same price and better quality all money Happy Molly gets goes directly to China so buy from Aussie retailers and keep our money here

We brought a jumbopaw inflatable dog ball $129 and it only lasted 6 minutes, it is not German Shepherd friendly

I purchased to special dog balls that move independently, well made great toy very happy. My two GSP’s love them, thank you very much fast delivery, only two weeks to South Australia Mid- North .

I wish I had seen these reviews before buying the Sisalix cat scratcher. I paid $101, though advertised at 119 reduced from $159. The cats have not touched it. It is cheaply made and small, a complete waste of money. All the reviews are from 2024 and all positive. I wrote a negative review and it was removed. I asked for a refund but they won't cover shipping, which to China is prohibitive. STAY AWAY FROM HAPPY-MOLLY PET STORE

Despite having a .com.au address their products just come out of China, so no matter what you have to wait. The problem is, they don't tell you any of this.

I ordered my item on 13/01/26. Despite an email saying it was dispatched, took some time to be. I emailed multiple times and received a standard answer, Eventually emailed to say at Aramex (Australia) and they tried to deliver but didn’t have correct address and to ring to arrange delivery. area (70kms from depot) and to pick up. They would ring or email when ready to be picked up. I ring every few days and asked for the same details each time. I don’t believe it’s at the depot. Tracking with the company shows there is a problem. Don’t buy from these scammers.

I have waited more than two weeks to receive an item I purchased. I want a refund but no response from customer support. I have now read others saying the same. Don’t fall into the trap of these scammers

They sent me a very poor knockoff product (supposedly a “FurCatch”) that didn’t work at all. It was on sale for $19.00 (normally an eye-watering $39.90), but probably has a manufacturing cost of less than 30 cents. Total garbage. Beware!

toy, I tried it on various floor surfaces including wood, ceramic and flat carpet. The ball moves no more than a couple of centimeters and then stops. It does this if the cat touches it or not. The cat shows no interest. I contacted Happy Molly and they asked me to send a video. I went through hoops finding software that would alow me to send such a large file. Their correspondence was regular until they finally got the file. Then it took me several emails to finally get a response where they said "they product works as it should" and offered me 10% off my next purchase. I AM HAPPY TO SEND ANYONE A COPY OF THE FILE IF THEY WANT TO SEE WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT. File is too big to attach here. So bottom line is product = 0, customer service = 0, trust = 0. So very disappointed as this company looked creative and trustworthy. I will never purchase anything from them again and advise strongly you stay away. Kind of felt like I was dealing with Temu only without the ability to return for a refund!

proactively arranged for your order to be re-shipped to guarantee its arrival".

Thirdly I get the product today and it's not what I expected. Easy to put together, but when I tightened the screws it's still wobbly, not to mention that the bed part is loose and hangs nearly touching the ground. I'd expect this looseness from a product I'd had for awhile, not brand new.

contacted them twice but only got a "we will contact you" and then nothing. Yet I got practically daily "special offer" e-mails and requests to review a product that I hadn't even received. The negative review I finally submitted is nowhere to be seen on their website. I don't say this often - but this company is "A TOTAL RIPOFF WITHOUT A HINT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!
