Great first time smoker – After wanting to buy a smoker for a few months I did lots of research on smoking methods and smoker brands etc I found this to be the best option for me as a first time BBQ smoker. rib racks in there but it can easily fit a roast if you removed the other racks, as I said it is small but a good model to start off with.

This type of smoker won't cook on a low heat (as stated in the manual I read before purchase). The lowest I have been able to get to has been about maybe about 80degrees, but it wasn't easy and the small flame blew out on windy days.

Everything I have cooked in this smoker has been delicious! and I have enjoyed learning to smoke with it. I will not be changing smokers until I move from my townhouse and have a bigger back yard to accommodate a larger smoker.
