which is extra cost!!! [Name Removed] emailed me to say that this type of damage is not due to a manufacturing fault but is the result of external damage. As such, it falls outside the scope of our warranty and is also beyond repair regretfully. That to me says that the Bag ISN’T “durable or able to withstand” wear and tear! This is absolutely frustrating, knowing that you’ve spent so much (well for me anyway) on a product that claims to be strong and durable! I’ve had such a terrible experience with Harlequin, don’t play victim [Name Removed], she couldn’t understand how frustrating I was and just hung up. What a way for customer service! I would completely understand if I was swearing or being abusive but I wasn’t. Still so furious about this!

Awesome quality product which is rare these days! – Have purchased 2 school bags, excellent quality last for the entire school period of 6 years, only replaced due to child growing older but original bag still in great condition. pockets, ergonomic for carrying heavy items on small bodies, as a seasoned traveller/backpacker, I recommend these bags for quality, performance, durability, practicality and personalisation, protected in rainy weather, quick delivery. No negatives at all.
Great quality school bag – Speedy delivery of a great quality osteo Tuff-pack back pack. I love that it has a warranty as the last school bag I bought from big W which wasn't cheap, lasted 6 weeks!
Horrible customer service – After sales service is horrible sent the bag back once for repair was looking for a way to fix it they wanted me to send it back again I have no faith they will fix it permanently and my son needs a bag for school so asked for a way I could fix it to just be told to use the other zip disgusting would not recommend
Impressive quality – My daughter has had her hi-vis bag for 4 years now and it’s still going strong, the quality of this bag is really impressive! She is also really easy to spot walking to school, crossing roads, etc. it’s a great bright colour. Wrote this review as we are about to buy another bag like this for our son, so looked up the brand again online.
Best school bags ever – i've been buying school bags from Harlequin for the last four years. Those bags are the toughest. my boys get bored of carrying the same bag and don't want to use the same one the year after, we still have the bags from previous year and still use them every now and then.
Out last purchase was Harlequin Osteo Tuff-Pack.
Don't recommend – Will not buy again and don't recommend to anyone ! Was told to send it back as it still has warranty and the bag was damaged now got the bag back and was told it's wears and tears (had to pay for the postage my self ) ! My son can't even open the bag as it's damaged , I have contacted Evie few times and no response! Worse service ever ! Not recommend!

Best kids school bags – I am so impressed with the Primary Ergo Tuff-Packs Backpack. Great size for children of all size, heaps of pockets. Extremely well made. I will only ever buy Harlequin school bags. Super fast delivery as well. Best value, bets quality
