Cheap nylon fabric; threads hanging off; bust gapes open because there is no button closure there: unwearable. It cost $89.95 and is worse than Temu. I have just requested a refund so we shall see what happens next.
Follow-up · I had no response to emails until I lodged a dispute with my credit card provider. Harley then asked me to post the dress to China at my cost of $35, to be assessed for a refund. I said I would post to Sydney as that is where they still claimed to be and the dress was not worth spending $35 on. They went silent. I do have a refund on my credit card.
It’s a scam, please do not buy from them. Quality is worse than Shein and they ship from china. Very disappointed !

Avoid this Facebook Online Store I purchased an outfit for my wife as a present nearly 4 weeks ago. Status still states preparing for shipping. I have emailed 3 times in the past 2 weeks requesting an update on status, without response. I've tried through the "Shop" online service, again without any response. There is no phone numbers & no physical address that I can find. Stay away. I will be contacting my financial institution to try recoup funds.
Follow-up · The store finally emailed back to me probably another 1 1/2 weeks after I had written this review. They offered a 30% discount on the purchase which I reluctantly accepted after a number of back & fourth emails. Basically, if I wanted a full refund, this would happen on receipt of the returned product. No issues there, however the item in question needed to be sent back to China. I had serious doubts that it would even appear at the other end in the correct person’s hands thus I accepted their credit. I still would not purchase through this store as the quality of the product is definitely not worth the original price I paid.
Has anyone had experience with this company. I ordered and paid for a dress online and can’t get in touch with them now? I’ve sent them several emails with no reply. I got a confirmation email then nothing else

Update on initial review. I received the product on Friday afternoon. That’s 26 days since placing & paying for the order. Still no response or communication whatsoever from the company, & on the “Shop” app status still states “preparing for shipping”. I still recommend avoiding this website.
