Some problems every week
The timing of the order was great. Unfortunately there were 3 issues - one item missing, one item not complete (not enough) and one item replaced with another similar but something I am allergic to so no good. I had to make 2 phone calls.

Good food lousy delivery
Good food and prices but the delivery included cold goods mixed up with dry goods in a wet cardboard box. This is the second time in two deliveries, this time I had a packet of dry spaghetti soaked in the box next to the ice bag .. the pasta is unusable unless I cooked it immediately. I also had the very polite driver not understand when he called me and I said come up to the first floor .. he rang the neighbours on the ground floor and knocked on their door - this is not America .. the first floor is above the ground floor. Please explain the difference to drivers perhaps to avoid confusion and delays.. thank you.

Great products - great company
Shop at Harris Farm in Randwick and occasionally in Bondi Junction. The range and quality of products are outstanding. The "Imperfect picks" and "specials" often offer great value.
They've also been very proactive in abandoning plastic bags and minimizing packaging.
The Bondi Junction shop is over the top in terms of crazy things you can do, fun to visit!
I am basically a fan of Harris Farm markets, but I get disappointed in how often items on the site are not available or when they disappear from the website permanently. I've tried to order smoked mackerel on 3-4 occasions recently and I've had it cancelled every time. Also things like crumpets are often unavailable, also free range chicken this week. I often do not receive a phone call about replacements either, which can be quite difficult.
That said, the staff are excellent in customer service and the fruit and veg is fresh and top quality.
Be careful about substitutions
I ordered 4 meat patties for a bbq on the day of delivery - and they were substituted for a more expensive brand - and only two meat patties in the pack. Because they substituted what I'd ordered for something only half the equivalent - I was short for my bbq. This is the second time I've had things substituted for a product that doesn't equate to what I'd ordered.
Improving with every order.
I normally enjoy choosing my own fruit and veg, but Harris Farm online has changed that for me. The first few orders were troublesome - wrong picks, substitutions where I asked for none, orders arriving up to 1 hour late or sometimes an hour early (a problem if you may not be at home).
But the last couple of orders have been a complete turn around. I can't fault anything. Orders were on time. Quality of goods were excellent. If a product was unavailable they call me to check if they can substitute. I'm very happy with the current service and I hope it continues.
Asked Harris Farms on Facebook if they can order a specific produce for me for store pick up and they said they can. Went to the store two days after and was told no order / delivery was made for me despite showing them the message I got from their incompetent social media staff (who offered to order for me btw). Unapologetic this lot and totally wasted my time and effort.

I really love the quality and delivery of Harris farm produce. However, it does bother me that I feel I need to do a stocktake of the orders as every order something is forgotten. I haven’t made any formal complaints but will be if this continues moving forward. It hasn’t put me off using Harris farm, but does my general advocate focus.
Was happy not so happy with the quality I'm receiving now
The first few orders of fruit and veg were great but lately the fruit and veg that has been picked for me has not been lasting that long for example the strawberries I got last time were mouldy.
I m putting faith into your company to choose the best quality produce for me and my family, if I'm not getting the quality I don't see the worth in the deliverance.

harris farm bindi confused
Ordered online and selected collect in store bondi junction. Went to the one that i know in westfield, asked, they manager on the floor actually knew nothing about where to collect online...he asked some one who said that online collection was at eastgate ... had loads of stuff ordered so back to car, off to that hideous shopping centre to collect my stuff but the fish etc was great. so it just needs to be more specific online, and ps - some of the stuff in westfield e.g. organic coffee beans 1 kg were cheaper in westfield harris farm than in the eastgate harris farm even with the 20% discount code applied to my order.. so don't think that the price you are buying online is the same as inshore... find that a bit deceptive
Couldn't be happier!
Ordered online for the first time from Harris Farm and I can't recommend the quality of service and produce highly enough. The order arrived on time, delivered by a friendly and courteous driver. All the produce was of excellent quality - exactly as I would have chosen in the shop, but with the convenience of having it delivered to my door. Thank you, Harris Farm, from a very happy customer!
