Extremely disappointed with Harris Farm. They’ve now introduced a $75 minimum spend for click & collect, and still have the audacity to charge a $5 service fee just to pick up your own groceries. This used to be a convenient and fair service, but now it feels like a cash grab. Terrible move that punishes loyal customers. I’ll be shopping elsewhere.

be visiting Harris Farm stores. However, the response I received from [Name Removed] was dismissive and unhelpful, instructing me to visit the store for a refund (despite me saying I would never visit their stores again, and living 30 minutes drive from Boronia Park).
Additionally, the staff at Boronia Park consistently fail to meet basic standards of customer service. They are unhelpful and unfriendly, often standing around without offering assistance when customers need it. On multiple occasions, I have been served by [Name Removed], who has been consistently rude and unprofessional.
Harris Farm’s attitude towards its customers is disappointing and reflects a lack of care. The refusal to give a refund for food I cannot eat is thievery. This has eroded my trust in your stores and services.

Consistently out of date perishables continue to be sold – I do an expensive weekly shop at Harris Farm, Boronia Park. This evening was the fourth occasion I have been sold out of date perishable stock. In this case a pot of baba ganoush which turned out to be fizzy on opening. but, in a store like HF, it shouldn’t be necessary. I’ve also been sold raspberries that were mouldy on opening and fruit tha does not keep its freshness. The last time this happened, I asked to speak to the store manager about the quality of the stock HF is selling. The store manager was “unavailable”. It’s irritating and demeaning to return a pot of $5.99 baba ganoush but I’ve solved the problem…there’s plenty of local competition and I’ll be taking my custom elsewhere!
Overcharging or misleading advertising – I think the products are generally good quality. I bought Portabello Mushrooms because they were on special at $7.99/kg. I was charged as if they were flat mushrooms at $16.99/ kg. I did not see this until I got home. up at the checkout and was then charged the correct price. However I was busy packing my bags when the mushrooms were scanned so did not see the overcharging. Two overcharging mistakes in one transaction is too (two) many. I have noticed this type of occurrence before at HFM. It is a shame because it deters me from shopping there. Boronia Park was the store. I did get reimbursed the overcharged amount the next time I went to the store after presentation of the receipt.
Very poor Customer Service – I drove 20 kilometres today to this store to get a product i buy every few months. To my dismay it was not in stock so I was forced to choose another untried brand. checkout another customer was putting through a large order. So I returned to the original checkout. And was forced to use my card for the purchase. But the card would not work. So In sheer frustration I left the product on the counter. There is no signage re what the checkouts accept. Obviously could not care less about their customers.

Click and Collect is the worst service ever - do not use it – 1. 3. I went to Boronia Park and there was no click and collect counter or signs. The two checkout assistants did not know what it was.
4. Eventually someone in the store knew what it was and went to get my order. He didn't ask for my ID or even order number which was weird. I had a quick look and all groceries were there.
5. I got home and unpacked and there was 1 piece of tuna that had a $7 price tag on it. I was charged $23 for this.
6. I called customer service and she said sorry she will refund me, because it was after 8pm the store was closed so I could not go back. I told her google says the stores closes at 9pm and she said no its 8pm but she will call and check. She called me back and said it is 9pm and that I can go back to the store and they will have $15 worth of tuna waiting for me
7. Went to the store and the store was not aware of the order problem. The store was also out of stock of ALL fish. We decided to get some lamb instead and the manager tried to charge me $20 for it. Even after I showed her the invoice and explained what had happened. Eventually she took the tuna back and let me have $20 worth of lamb.
Ruined our night and dinner, worst experience ever. Will never use this service again nor recommend it to anyone.

Unfortunately there were a few items that were not delivered without warning (usually I would get an invoice before the delivery telling me which items were not available and refunded).
