Excellent and fresh produce but discrepancies in weight and prices.
Can't fault the quality and the freshness - outstanding.
Unfortunately errors recurring on my weekly home delivery orders was too much.
Yes I was credited and reimbursed every time but still got delivered under weight, wrong meat prices (higher) meaning no refund when weight is less than paid for.
I don't have time to spend on the phone explaining price differences between invoiced and received or that 4 times 500 grams is 2 kilos when I receive 1.5 kilo.
I stopped the home delivery service but I still shop at my local Harris Farm.

Click and Collect is the worst service ever - do not use it
1. I placed a same day click and collect order, the ordering process was complicated because it did not state that same day must be placed before 4pm and it hides the click and collect link option if it is after 4pm. I spent 15 mins on hold to speak to someone who told me this.
2. They called 2 hrs later to say the salmon was out of stock and would be replaced with tuna to the same value ($23). I said okay.
3. I went to Boronia Park and there was no click and collect counter or signs. The two checkout assistants did not know what it was....4. Eventually someone in the store knew what it was and went to get my order. He didn't ask for my ID or even order number which was weird. I had a quick look and all groceries were there. 5. I got home and unpacked and there was 1 piece of tuna that had a $7 price tag on it. I was charged $23 for this.
Out of stock. Inadequate notification.
I was not advised that the salmon I ordered x4 packets was it of stock or offered an alternative/substitute brand. The invoice indicated this but I did not look at this until after the delivery had arrived and was missing items. This is very inconvenient.
Disappointed Regular customer
We shop weekly at Harris farm, and are usually excited for the delivery. However, are disappointed by this weeks packing. The soft fruit and vegetables were at the bottom of the box and were squashed/pierced as a result. I also received a mouldy red onion amongst the fruit.
Great to receive good quality items and delighted that it all came in boxes and absolute minimum plastic bags. All items received were in excellent condition. St Ives is my closest store and I go there often in person, but happy to receive home delivery from Boronia Park, I suppose!

Harris Farm Always Impresses Me!
Every time I place an order with Harris Farm, they give me something new to smile about! And trust me, i shop regularly at Harris Farm! Today's delight was that i placed an online order this morning but could only pick the 7pm-10pm time slot which doesn't work for me. So I called the online team and asked if i could get an earlier delivery slot and i just received confirmation that my order has been delivered. Harris Farm must know that I am their biggest fan! Thank you Harris Farm.

A+ Quality Produce + Customer Service
From ordering the items to receiving them it was a great process. Received a text as soon as driver was on his way to deliver items - and was able to track him until he arrived. Fresh produce received is always of extremely high standard. It's great knowing you can order online and have peace of mind that you're going to have items that are of a high standard.

First time I've ordered from Harris Farm as the big supermarkets don't offer same day delivery, and I found myself without a car. I picked the one hour window, and it was free with a big shop. Got home from work and my groceries arrived - on time. Even received a text showing me in real time where the driver was, on a little map. And the man who delivered my groceries was lovely. The quality of the fresh produce was great. I was pleasantly surprised!
Generally treat, but things are sometimes not delivered without notice
I've always had great experiences with harris farm deliveries. Unfortunately there were a few items that were not delivered without warning (usually I would get an invoice before the delivery telling me which items were not available and refunded). This has happened to me twice now, but your customer service team is always very helpful to solve the problem by providing a refund or offering a gift voucher as good will. Keep up the good work team.
Excellent customer service above and beyond any other major retailer
Wow i have ordered delivery from Harris Farm over 6 times now and the delivery has been fantastic. If anything was not in stock I received a personal telephone call from the store suggesting another item that might be suitable. And l specified the time that i wanted the delivery and every time they have accommodated my request. The website makes it really easy to order and selling the produce from local growers is great. A really enjoyable retail experience. Great work Harris Farm. I really like the driver tracking app as you can see where and when the driver is coming.

What a pleasure it is to walk into this bright, clean and colourfull store stacked with quality goods through out. The staff are tremendous and willing to help. Special mention to Dario (the King of Harris farm!!) and Varun the manager for what is always a very pleasant shopping experience. Keep up the good work!!
Exceptionally convenient and great quality
I've ordered from Harris Farm Markets on three occasions and each time the produce was of great quality and arrived within hours of placing the order. This is so convenient especially for people who can't easily get to a good greengrocer.

Shopping with a toddler can be a nightmare especially for a big occasion - HF saved me! All the fresh fruit and veg were great picks. Nothing was supplied that I wouldn't have picked up myself and it was very well packed into boxes - no plastic bags! Yay! Also delivered on time and happily brought into the house. Great first experience. Looking forward to ordering again.
