Consistently out of date perishables continue to be sold – I do an expensive weekly shop at Harris Farm, Boronia Park. This evening was the fourth occasion I have been sold out of date perishable stock. In this case a pot of baba ganoush which turned out to be fizzy on opening. I searched for the (very lightly stamped) use by date and it was over a week out of date. No doubt, I should check before buying… Read more

but, in a store like HF, it shouldn’t be necessary. I’ve also been sold raspberries that were mouldy on opening and fruit tha does not keep its freshness. The last time this happened, I asked to speak to the store manager about the quality of the stock HF is selling. The store manager was “unavailable”. It’s irritating and demeaning to return a pot of $5.99 baba ganoush but I’ve solved the problem…there’s plenty of local competition and I’ll be taking my custom elsewhere!

Overcharging or misleading advertising – I think the products are generally good quality. I bought Portabello Mushrooms because they were on special at $7.99/kg. I was charged as if they were flat mushrooms at $16.99/ kg. I did not see this until I got home. up at the checkout and was then charged the correct price. However I was busy packing my bags when the mushrooms were scanned so did not see the overcharging. Two overcharging mistakes in one transaction is too (two) many. I have noticed this type of occurrence before at HFM. It is a shame because it deters me from shopping there. Boronia Park was the store. I did get reimbursed the overcharged amount the next time I went to the store after presentation of the receipt.

Very poor Customer Service – I drove 20 kilometres today to this store to get a product i buy every few months. To my dismay it was not in stock so I was forced to choose another untried brand. checkout another customer was putting through a large order. So I returned to the original checkout. And was forced to use my card for the purchase. But the card would not work. So In sheer frustration I left the product on the counter. There is no signage re what the checkouts accept. Obviously could not care less about their customers.

Excellent and fresh produce but discrepancies in weight and prices – Can't fault the quality and the freshness - outstanding. explaining price differences between invoiced and received or that 4 times 500 grams is 2 kilos when I receive 1.5 kilo.

I stopped the home delivery service but I still shop at my local Harris Farm.

Click and Collect is the worst service ever - do not use it – 1. I placed a same day click and collect order, the ordering process was complicated because it did not state that same day must be placed before 4pm and it hides the click and collect link option if it is after 4pm. 3. I went to Boronia Park and there was no click and collect counter or signs. The two checkout assistants did not know what it was.

4. Eventually someone in the store knew what it was and went to get my order. He didn't ask for my ID or even order number which was weird. I had a quick look and all groceries were there.

5. I got home and unpacked and there was 1 piece of tuna that had a $7 price tag on it. I was charged $23 for this.

6. I called customer service and she said sorry she will refund me, because it was after 8pm the store was closed so I could not go back. I told her google says the stores closes at 9pm and she said no its 8pm but she will call and check. She called me back and said it is 9pm and that I can go back to the store and they will have $15 worth of tuna waiting for me

7. Went to the store and the store was not aware of the order problem. The store was also out of stock of ALL fish. We decided to get some lamb instead and the manager tried to charge me $20 for it. Even after I showed her the invoice and explained what had happened. Eventually she took the tuna back and let me have $20 worth of lamb.

Ruined our night and dinner, worst experience ever. Will never use this service again nor recommend it to anyone.

Out of stock. Inadequate notification – I was not advised that the salmon I ordered x4 packets was it of stock or offered an alternative/substitute brand. The invoice indicated this but I did not look at this until after the delivery had arrived and was missing items. This is very inconvenient.  Show details

Poor Service – After asking four people if they stocked quinoa puffs and none of them knew. I requested to speak to the store manage who also had no idea what quinoa puffs were. Very disappointed at Harris Farm.  Show details

Disappointed Regular customer – We shop weekly at Harris farm, and are usually excited for the delivery. However, are disappointed by this weeks packing. The soft fruit and vegetables were at the bottom of the box and were squashed/pierced as a result. I also received a mouldy red onion amongst the fruit.  Show details

A+ Quality Produce + Customer Service – From ordering the items to receiving them it was a great process. Received a text as soon as driver was on his way to deliver items - and was able to track him until he arrived. Fresh produce received is always of extremely high standard. Generally treat, but things are sometimes not delivered without notice – I've always had great experiences with harris farm deliveries. Unfortunately there were a few items that were not delivered without warning (usually I would get an invoice before the delivery telling me which items were not available and refunded). it really easy to order and selling the produce from local growers is great. A really enjoyable retail experience. Great work Harris Farm. I really like the driver tracking app as you can see where and when the driver is coming.

Exceptionally convenient and great quality – I've ordered from Harris Farm Markets on three occasions and each time the produce was of great quality and arrived within hours of placing the order. This is so convenient especially for people who can't easily get to a good greengrocer.  Show details

Excellent! Will use again – Shopping with a toddler can be a nightmare especially for a big occasion - HF saved me! All the fresh fruit and veg were great picks. Nothing was supplied that I wouldn't have picked up myself and it was very well packed into boxes - no plastic bags! Yay! Also delivered on time and happily brought into the house. Won't shop any other way – Range is fantastic. Food is ultra fresh and of very high quality. Love the same day delivery. So much better than Aussie Farmers and would never use Coles or Woolies anyway. Took a bit of mucking around with the website to register initially, so maybe take a look at that. WONDERFUL SERVICE – The staff at Boronia Park shop went out of their way and were so exceptionally kind last Friday when I lost my car keys. They searched all areas, announced over speaker, calmed me, as I was becoming quite distraught until they were eventually found by a clever Wendy and Norma. Jack was also very helpful. Excellent – Very accommodating . A personal service that was executed with a degree of compassion. I ordered online whereas I usually shop in store because I had injured myself.
