Looking grubby – This old 2nd hand car auction building (originally) is looking grubby and tired.Fridges look beaten and old.Rotation of old stock less than vigilant (mould around lid) and how about the queues ! 15 items or less quick service are a joke. It really is simpler to drive to the Mosman store or if I have time to the Willoughby branch ,a clean and well mannered staff managed business. Show details
Great selection of just about everything, but frequently overcharged – I often buy items that are reduced. Today it was free-range prosciutto: reduced from $6.99 to $4.99. Harris Farm is the only place i have found which stocks it, and I freeze it anyway, so bought 3 at the reduced price. When checking out , on screen it came up as $2 off, but not on the receipt… I have started checking my receipt since many of my… Read more
friends have found they are routinely overcharged too . Sure enough I had been charged full price. Although the staff corrected this quickly and efficiently….I should not have to check that I am being charged the price advertised on the shelf. I love the selection on offer at Harris Farm so will continue to shop here…and be vigilant about checking my receipts! Staff are always friendly and helpful.
soup – Your Chook n noodle soup . We have bought this a few times in the past and recommended it. However the last time it was very gelatinous and had only waved to a chook. never buy again.

Organic avocados - Love the taste hate the sticky bands – Hi I love the produce and other quality items that you stock. Loved the organic avocados you have had in - the taste was just fabulous. But disappointed that they not only carry plastic stickers but a plastic 'organic' sticky band all the way around. Very very environmentally unfriendly and will make it so that I don't purchase them again. If you need to differentiate, what about a paper band around them? Show details · 1
Great service today – Great service from Edward @ Manly store . I was after 2 buffalo ricotta tubs & none were on display & Edward said give me a call later this afternoon in case stock comes in. Whilst I was still shopping in the store Edward found me & surprised me & said that he was able to find the ricotta on the palettes & he handed me my 2 tubs of ricotta ! He… Read more · 1
saved me a trip to Mona Vale so now that I know Harris Farms @ Manly stock this I will be buying from this store . Thank you once again Edward for your great service !
Bravo Apples – Absolutely loved the Bravo apples! Even the outrageous pricing didn't put me off at first. The stock that they have in store is obviously from their first delivery and is deteriorating every week. The pricing should be adjusted accordingly - won't be buying any more! Show 3 replies

Dreadful 'Homemade Pizza Co' pizzas – We quite enjoy frozen pizzas from McCann etc. This refrigerated 'Salami' pizza from Home Made Pizza Co was quite disgusting. It had 4 pieces of salami, not 5 as shown and some chopped olives strewn about. The 'mozzarella' cheese did not melt as one would expect and overall the taste was that akin to cardboard.. Whilst you can't expect much for… Read more
under $10.00 why produce a product that is clearly inferior to anything else at that price range. I can only surmise that Harris Farm didn't check what they were getting. Considering they promote themselves as providing excellent product they lost the plot on this.
Plastic bags are gone but plastic packaging is up – While claiming green credentials the amount of wrapped and packaged produce seems to have increased a lot. When I emailed they said customers preferred convenience of packaging. What a joke- creating so much more garbage! You get home unpackage the products, sort if it can be recycled, and then put in the various bins that have to be taken out.… Read more
Hardly convenient. Customers please dont buy the packaged produce! The fresh produce and cheeses are great though! Also love the wonky section and staff.

Very disappointing – We got a Delivery yesterday 28dec. The chicken used by date we received was 28 Dec so had to throw away today. I also had to throw half the baby spinach because the poor quality. One of the yogurt used by date is 31st Dec which is really not long. We used to get a lot of home delivery and I stopped because of the used by date of some of the… Read more
products was just to short (rather than if I was shopping myself In store). It happened more than once so not just a bas run. I gave it another go because I do like Harris farm but that was again very disappointing. Basically it feels like the packer are getting rid of old stock.

Worth the prices – The prices can get rather steep at Harris Farm. However, the quality of fruit and veg as well as other foods is well worth it. Usually I'm a 'cheaper is better' kind over person. However, I find myself continuously going back to Harris Farms because I love the fruit and veg I get there. Show details · 1
Wonderful shopping experience – A truly wonderful shopping experience, more than your average fresh food grocer. Fruit & Vegetables were very fresh, presented with care and the staff are helpful. Show details · 1
Amazing fast and quality service – Fantastic being able to order on a Sunday afternoon and have delivery by Sunday evening - a blessing for busy families. Great quality and selection and I appreciate how they highlight the produce that is in season and allow the purchase of imperfect fruit. Less wasteful packaging than the majors also. Show details · 1

Too much plastic! – Hi Harris Farm, Thank you for my first delivery: it arrived on time on the same day I ordered and looks like it contains everything I ordered and that all items are fresh and ripe. I thought that there was too much plastic in it, though. I really liked that the snow peas were in a paper bag, not a plastic bag, but the milk was all in plastic… Read more · 1
bags, even though it was also in a cooler container.
A couple of other things I noticed: the head of broccoli was tiny, so that will be a bit tricky to feed 4 people - very hard to judge that online. I thought that the selection of yoghurts on the website was much less than is available in the store (e.g. I couldn't find the Harris Farm mango yoghurt online). I'd have liked to have the option of buying the lovely fresh baguette sticks online but they didn't appear there either.
Excellent Quality for Online Orders – All my online fresh produce orders are through Harris Farm because the packers are as fussy as I am when selecting fresh food. If something is out of stock they will often replace the item with a different type free of charge. Their delivery drivers are better and more friendly. Show details
Standards have dropped on home delivery – I have rated Harris Farm 5 stars about a year ago but based on recent experiences I need to give it a downgraded rating. Initially, delivery was in boxes (fruit/veg reused boxes) and loose. Milk came in a cool box bag. Recently - plastic bag around bottes of milk have creeped increasingly in the cool box bag and more horrifyingly ice cubes in… Read more
a plastic bag (read: you can’t even reuse that plastic bag unless you were to go and dry it out first!).
Fruit and veg have started to be delivered in plastic bags also and stickers on fruit have stared appearing. Still all in a cardboard box but now a fancy Harris farm cardboard box, not a reused on from fruit and veg.
So instead of feeling I’m positively supporting the environment and farmers, I feel they have become the same as some of the major chains.
In store not a plastic bag in sight at check out but they will make up for it in home delivery - what used to be a rarety is now common and increasing in volume
I sincerely hope Harris Farm picks up their game and stands by their values, in store and in home deiveries as currently it feels the experience in store is incosistent with the experience out of store

Above and beyond expectations – Ordering online from Harris Farm turned out to be one of those things you don't understand how you didn't do before. Website is very convenient and most importantly- products were WOW (!!) which is the only reason I was afraid to do this before. Will definitely use the service again. Show details
Aussie Food – This was the first time I used Online Delivery for Harris Farm. I found the site easy to use, and the delivery came within an hour of my window. Happy with the delivery Service, packed well. The Invoice was clear as to when I wasn't receiving a product. Show details
Great produce, terrible delivery service – I’ve been disappointed by the delivery service lately (drivers are polite and nice) as my delivery has either been incorrect or several hours late. I choose a shorter delivery window but often my groceries arrive very late and I’m then not there to collect them. On the plus side when I call up to arrange redelivery, check in on the delivery… Read more

LOVE HARRIS FARM MARKETS – We've shopped at Harris Farm Markets as a backup to our weekly shop at supermarkets for the best part of 12 years. The review I didn't want to write – I am a big fan of Harris Farm and was upset when the Dee Why store closed. I get to the Manly store when I can but thought I would try the home delivery service which I have now used 3 times. The first time was great (with the exception of the late delivery time - we were the last order in the 7-10pm slot). The second time was not so great because… Read more
no one phoned me to offer substitutions for out of stock items and we also had a very late delivery time. I raised this in an email and by phone afterwards and was told it would be raised with the Manly store. My third delivery was awful. I only ordered online because my son was sick and I couldn't leave the house so I thought doing an online order for the weekend would help. Again we were the last order to be delivered. Approximately one third of the order was not delivered at all with no explanation including no bread which meant we had nothing for breakfast the following morning. Much of the fresh fruit and veg was not fresh but spoiled or rotting. The delivery driver showed no interest when I raised this with him and told me to contact the store. I emailed the store that night (including having to review the entire order to find out what was missing or inedible). I received no response. I called the number the following morning and eventually about 24 hours after my order was delivered I was offered a partial refund within 2-3 days. No compensation for my wasted time making the order , reviewing the order, making a separate trip to a supermarket the following day and a house filled with rotting produce. this service is not a functioning home delivery service and be very cautious of using it as such. I am upset and disappointed as I very much wanted to use the service but now feel I can't because of the terrible experience I have had.

Home delivery is so much better than I expected – I always loved Harris Farm's quality of produce but, being a bit underwhelmed by Woolworths own home delivery, I only ever shopped at Harris Farm in store, expecting a sub-par delivery experience. Then I injured my knee and, on crutches, had no choice: I ordered another home delivery from Woolies and then one from Harris Farm for comparison. Wow.… Read more · 1
Woolies was meh, okay, but Harris Farm nailed it, and has now done so every time. The promotion of first three deliveries free enticed me and the standard of each delivery clinched it. This is now how I regularly shop (even after the knee healed)! Produce is never underweight—often well over, actually—and quality is excellent as always. The economics of replacements are always in my favour, and they ring me first to confirm. If very occasionally there is a small error, customer service ensures it is rectified fully, promptly and professionally. And THANK YOU for forgoing plastic bags! Harris Farm delivers in cardboard boxes. Woolies delivers in really excessive plastic, often double-bagged. That is so unnecessary, and environmentally unethical. Harris Farm also supports local farmers and industry, and was first to introduce the "imperfect picks" before the duopoly to keep more produce from landfill. I can't say enough good things about Harris Farm. They've completely won me over.
This is amazing!! totally recommend – It is an amazing service and it comes the same day ( if you order before 5pm)! It means there is no troubles with going to the store and they pick the freshest and best products that you don't see on the selves. The online order process is easy and you can see all products available. If you don't try this you are silly because you have no idea what you are missing out on!! thank you Harris Farm. P.S- the delivery guys are awesome too!! Show details · 1

First order, great service, fantastic produce, will be doing this again! – The produce was in excellent condition, the smell of all the fresh fruit and vegetables was amazing. The delivery was seamless, the delivery man was lovely and the quality and quantity of products we received was worth every dollar. We ordered a few different 'imperfect picks' and you could hardly see the the imperfections. Show details · 1
Superb – Wow just totally amazed at Harris Farm service on Christmas Eve. I hoped for a delivery BUT had a back up plan that thankfully was NOT REQUIRED. Then later I could track my order: Muhammad was 13 minutes away.
We look older than we feel and were 'touched' when Muhammad offered to carry our boxes upstairs. He apologised for being late - no worry to us - then sincerely wished us a Happy Christmas.
Overall a joy to do business with.
We'll be back Mr Harris.
Many thanks for the great service and Happy Christmas to you, your family and most importantly your terrific staff.

Your service was outstanding – I would like to compliment you on both your produce, and the service from your delightful delivery driver. I have been really impressed by the quality of all of the fruit and veg, and though it is more expensive than our local supermarket I am finding that the fact that it lasts for longer makes it worthwhile.
