Harris Farm Markets Mosman

I shop at Mosman nd cammeray nd would spent at least $900 per month. Today that was brought that to an end. I wanted to pay cash which was ok however the person took One mushroom out of my bag to balance the $$. If that is how Harris Farm teach their staff , well that did it for me.

Young butcher - excellent. Highly recommend – Unfortunately I do not know the name of the young(ish) butcher at the Mosman store (my fault as he did introduce himself) but he has continuously provided outstanding service and information. for advice or assistance - it is great what you can learn. It feels like shopping in a small local butcher store but with Harris Farm prices.

Absolutely fantastic – Great produce & excellent service at our wonderful shop in BridgePoint. Love everything about Harris Farm Mosman. Couldn’t live without it. Thank you so much everyone from cashiers, packers & the butcher.

Waiting time to pay – Around 6.00pm today the waiting to pay a cashier was abysmal. Of the nine checkouts only three were manned. The que for customers to pay ran all the way back and into the bread section. Not the first time either. To retain customers this issue needs urgent review during busy times.

Take smashed smoked salmon off the shelves – I purchased some smashed smoke salmon today. The product is very low quality containing seemingly parts of salmon that I couldn’t identify such as deep red pieces of gristle. The factory should have consigned the fish to the pet food bin. Best to remove the product line.

Money Gouging – On 3 occasions within the last month Harris Farm Mosman has stolen money from me. It would appear systemic and deliberate in that they are overcharging on the price that is stated on the shelf to a higher price once your at the checkout. add to to a very large amount by the end of the week, given how many people shop at this store. The most interesting thing when they are confronted with money gouging is their complete indifference and annoyance that somebody has actually noticed their fraudulent operations, declining to take any blame or responsibility. Please check all receipts and bring this behaviour to their attention. If it continues I shall be laying official complaints to the appropriate authorities to have this store investigated. They do not have the legal right to steal from shoppers and it needs to stop. A most concerned customer.

So disappointing – Numerous times in last 6 months I have had problems with Harris Farm meat eg whole economy fillet steak 2 weeks ago which was smelly & awful tasting & inedible. This has happened in both categories several times to the end that I will not purchase meat or dairy from Harris Farm again. Yes I have, in the past returned some of the items & received a refund but this is not always possible due to time/receipts missing but mostly, the time & effort to return the smelly food. I will continue to purchase fruit & vegetables as I usually find the quality to be good.

'Italian' Sausages – So called 'Italian' Sausages were full of bread and water with a smattering of herbs. No pork in sight. Please rename them 'Bread and water' sausages so I know to avoid them or find a decent supplier.

Whole Fillet – I just wanted to express my absolute disappointment in the quality of the meat from Harris Farm at Mosman. I bought a whole fillet the day before Christmas to do a rare roast beef for Christmas Day and it was the one let down of our day. Quality of produce – I love that staff are willing to help find a product/produce and walk you to it. The butchers are so knowledgeable, the meat is top quality, the butchers know their produce, and can recommend the cut that’s right for you. Love the fresh fruit and veggies delivered with a smile in boxes – In addition to top quality fruit and veg, the fact it is delivered in boxes and saves plastic bags is terrific. Good but too much packaging – Very happy with the food and that it arrived within the booking window. I was disappointed with the number of plastic bags used for cold items. I should disclose that in my ideal world plastic bags would be unicorns (maybe not quite that rare but you get the idea). Harris Farm is great - we love your imperfect range! – Your imperfect range is superb, if you could offer more veg/fruit within this range that would be fantastic. Even better - organic imperfect. Missing products – First order with Harris Farm today. Order arrived at 9pm. After checking it off was missing a packet of chicken mince. Ordered 3 packs and only got 2. After chasing them up they delivered the missing pack a couple of days later.  Show details ·  1

Appreciate the service a lot as health not too good – Ordering online and getting a speedy cheerful delivery is so helpful. Everything as ordered and good except***** one of my garlic bulbs was firm on the outside but mouldy and unusable inside. Home from hospital - what a life saver ( as well as the hospital) – Convalescing at my daughters apartment in Sydney my daughter suggested Harris Farm as I would be om my own during the day. From hospital I made my order and on time the truck arrived with perfect produce. Refrigerated items were in insulated bags with ice and every item was fresh and delicious. Poor quality – Fruit and vegetables were old and could not be eaten. Kiwi, zucchini were old and bruised and had to thrown away after unpacking the delivery. Raspberries were mouldy.  Show details

LOVE Harris Farms – I LOVE you guys and shop no where else for my fruit and veg (and other stuff too). I loved your "Ugly veggies" campaign as I hate waste. Who knew so much got thrown out because it didn't look nice? and the fact that it supports the farmers (you know, the people that get up at the crack of dawn every day to tend their farms and animals) is a bonus. and I'm now loving the "curious cuts". another great campaign! great range of non standard products, always fresh – At HF, I can always find those unusual deli products, not readily stocked at large supermarkets, and a wide range of fresh seasonal fruit and veg. Prices may be higher but worth it for guarantee of freshness and longevity. Recent expansion has allowed room for fresh meat products.  Show details

Dreadful. HF food is highly processed, filled will emulsifiers (xanthan gum) and not organic or sustainably sourced. This company is a disgrace
