the missing item wasnt subbed, 3 of the 4 steaks were missing and the one steak they did supply wasnt even organic, nor the correct cut. Yet again made a call to HF customer service who said they will provide a refund for the missing items and I have received an email from HF customer service confirming this. It appears this is a regular issue with the St Ives store. Im starting to wonder if they have disgruntled staff or someone sabotaging customer orders or if its a simple case of absolutely no quality control at HF St Ives. Am considering trying another store to see if its an issue across all store or just a St Ives issue.

Terrible customer service – I love St Ives village green Harris Farm, most staff are kind and friendly, except one Supervisor called Dan, he is extremely rude to customers. He is the worst staff I’ve ever come across in my life. He looks down to customers and other staff, his expression and tone is always unpleasant and very unprofessional. This is not a recent issue though, has been happening for years, although today was the only time it was directed at me.

Woke up and we will wake up – economy beef fillet cutt approx 1/3 of the sinues and fat of the sealed kryovac economy beef scotch fillet "never again their product used to be good but everything in the store is gone up in cost by quite a bit ,the pork fillet is good but the beef fillet be carefull with your selection .

not practical – Waited 6 months without a grocery store on the Isle of Capri and what we get is just a big delicatessen soooooo disappointing we already had a fantastic deli here Manola Brothers so now no damn supermarket here at all just 2 delis

Improve on price labels – Although the shop have a lot of good variety of food. But could improve on labelling . Sometimes the label wasn’t clear or no labels . So we don’t know the price which is not very helpful.

I love Harris Farm - great fresh produce and excellent variety – Always fresh and they have a great range of products. Love the convenience of being able to buy all fruit & vegetables and grocery items in a smaller supermarket. Reasonably priced. Show reply

Normally buy instore but had three families to shop for the holiday period and was doing a large ord – Decided to submit an order online as I had to cater for three couples that were coming up from Melbourne for a week and didn't want to waster time at the shops! So glad I did. I was advised that my order wold be delivered between 3-6 - it came at 5:45pm - tick! easy to unpack. (I was on the central coast and then livery driver said he came all the way from Manly). Will defiantly order online again. Found it a little hard to search for specific products as some of the images weren't available but this is my only constructive comment.

Home delivery – Same day delivery is fantastic. Good communication with anything out of stock and friendly delivery people. I will not be going back to my previous supplier.  Show details

My experience has been excellent and I love the 1 hour delivery time slots. I am busy at work and often order last minute and everything is on my door steps (in ice and chiller bag) when I get home. Delivery guy is a pain, but CS is helpful – Got the first delivery and it was a pain. Ordered 12*2 bottle sparkling water, but only delivered 6*2 and was a different brand. Tried to talk to the delivery guy, but the only thing he is repeating is that he does not know and can not help, you will need to call CS. day. I think the delivery guy needs more training, they don't care about the customer, but only cares that they got whatever is delivered and got paid.

We are eating lots more vegies – I have really enjoyed the wide variety of vegies available online. Previously we had got into a bit of a rut. I am also very impressed with the quality of the fruit and vegetables. I am looking forward to trying some of the curious cuts of meat, too. celariac was bigger than my son's head! It would be good to have an idea of this before I buy the items so I know how much I am getting. Also, I feed some little people, too, and they love small pieces of fruit. It would be nice to have the option of small apples, pears and bananas. (You can select them yourself in a shop, but not online.)

My go-to store – All the fruit, vegetables and extra items I buy are good quality and taste good too. Harris Farm is the only local place I can buy good unhomogenised milk, which we love. The soft fruits like blueberries are always fresh, as are the raspberries. Potatoes etc are never stale or green and being able to get meat is such a bonus. Would love to… Read more

Favourite Store. Great range of foodie supplies – The only place to get all my fruit and veg with the great range and quality. But the best part is the "foodie" range of products that mean I don't have to go all over Sydney to buy Farro, date syrup etc. Staff are fantastic and will check if an item can be added to the buyers list!  Show details

St Ives Review – Products are fresh and well displayed. Cheese choice is wide but some ot the prices, both local and imported seem too high although specials are priced at acceptable levels. Often Artisan breads are not individually stacked requiring shuffling through the stack to find (hopefully) the item required  Show details

Perfectly chosen stock! – I was hesitant and hoping that I wouldn't regret this convenient service, but I didn't need to. The produce was of quality as if I had chosen myself, and the shelf goods have long expiry dates. Driver even called to say he was running early and if convenient could delivery then, which was great as someone was home.
