humongous chillies instead of little birds eye

Instead of ordering 4 cucumbers i ended up with 4x5 packets of them - so 20 cucumbers! - surely the person packing these must have thought this was a strange order!

Same with the Lemons - ended up with 6 huge ones

The picture of the items is a little big on the page too - the woolies ones are smaller and easier to navigate - worth looking at

Also its not clear where you butcher meat comes from. I only buy free range pork but i couldnt see this from the description so i didnt buy any at all.

Lovely, but a real shame about the Kale – Wonderful quality, as always. Very surprised and a bit disappointed that the Premium Kale bunch you sent us was already significantly yellow and aged.  Show details ·  1

By far the best fresh fruit and veg and I've tried them all! – I have used Harris Farm weekly for the last year after trying every other major fresh produce store online. The other were WOEFUL! We are a big family who mainly eats fresh meat and veg so we get up to 4 -5 boxes per fortnight!! I have consistently found the veg fresh and really top quality and the service is next to none. reasonably priced. The meat is slightly more expensive so we go to a meat wholesaler mostly but what we have ordered, it has been good. I particularly like that they actively support Australian produce. My only complaint would be the boxes. They are very heavy and can't fit in our recycle bin. The drivers have been very tolerant waiting for a few minute whilst we throw everything on the table so they can take back the boxes, causing less waste and far less hassle. A little disappointed – I received a delivery order last night and was disappointed to find 3 mangoes that were inedible. I ordered 3, received 5, but 3 of them were way past eating. Also, 2 bananas were the same. It puts me off the delivery service even though it's so convenient :(  Show details

Mouldy bread/cheese – I'm terribly disappointed with what I found in my last two shops. The first one I discovered the cheese I bought was mouldy, and then the following shop, when I bought bread rolls, they were all mouldy as well. I have to say they might be the last two visits to that Harris Farm (my local one).  Show details

Better than Coles – Harris Farms website is much easier to navigate as compared to Coles and Woolies. The order came early ( good thing I was home!), they used boxes rather than heaps of plastic bags and the order was accurate. not great. The tomatoes were rocks, the bananas green and brown ( rather than nicely yellow) and the cucs spongy.

I have huge shopping options for groceries... & I happily drive past 'The Other Guys' to shop here! – I love an outfit that reminds me, while I'm getting a bargin on my avacados, that says... "THANKS for Saving ME! Humanity plus! I always shop 'in-store' because of the interaction with The Staff. Please, consider cloning the staff here, starting with a few of the part-timers like "Zoe". Although they may not have EVERYTHING the "C' & "W" & Aldi lads carry, what they do shelf, I've discovered is of the best quality; why grab any old apple pie, when the Harris Family offers-up one, hand-made by Granny? It's the one with the extra cable of crusting around the sides!

Thank you – I'd like to say thank you so much for your recent initiatives, providing a safer place to shop/work for customers and staff. Shopping in the stores (Willoughby and Lindfield) reduces my anxiety considerably: clean and well-stocked.

Fresher then most – Find the market a bit pricey but also tired of paying for fruit and veg at woolworths with no flavor and low quality. The market renews my faith in our Aussie food, will keep shopping here as you do get a good selection thats generally nicer to consume then others. Show reply

Convenient way to shopping – I ordered Heide gyruere cheese & was delivered SWISS gyruere! Would not have ordered SWiSS as different product. Could I return this cheese ? Good to see items requiring chilling were in insulated bag with some ice, & items were cold on arrival. Muscatel grapes were not fresh on arrival. struggled with payment – I love your product as I buy from you all the time. Decided to use your online store for our office and struggled with the payment at the end of the shopping. Tried a few times and in the end walked away from the computer and when I came back later I was then able to put in my payment card. in plastic bags. I like Harris Farm because it reduces my usage of plastic bags from groceries. Also another big frustration from my online shopping - across brands - is the fact certain items are listed in bundles of 500g or units .. Today I got 2kg of cucumbers when I thought I ordered 4 units! I know it is my fault and I haven't read the product description properly but perhaps there is a way of making it more visible on the website? Thanks again, benjamine

First order and very happy – delivery within the window. called when a substitute product was required due to the original order being out of stock. receiving an invoice noting refunds to be received when the actual weight of meat was under that order, but within the bracket (woolworths don't do that). products look good. will use again.  Show details

Happy Harris – Cheery, knowledgeable, observant staff - one noticed that an apple in a pre-packed bag I was buying had a bad spot wouldn't sell it to me! I hadn't noticed it and she was obviously examining everything that came across her. I go once a week on the same day for about 30-40 minutes. one week I was a day late and got a cheery comment about the difference. It is excellent. I think your fruit and veg are much fresher than Woolies and Coles so I end up buyi – Fresh good quality fruit and veg. The dairy and other products are good quality and good prices. I particularly like the organic products.
