Poor Quality Outdoor Furniture !! – Several years ago i purchased three textilene sling sun lounge from Bay Living, Mornington. These were distributed by HARTMAN. I am now writng a review as i have just sent all three to the tip with only one season of use. I have had them stored since my first year of purchase. Within the first year they developed a rust like staining on the textilene sling/padding. After contacting Bay Living and HARTMAN i was told how to correctly clean the lounges however their recommended cleaning method did not work. The slings started to become sticky and tacky, the staining got worse and an awful smell came from the textilene fabric. Between both Bay Living and HARTMAN they decided to play the blame game. I eventually gave up (stupid me !) and put the lounges in storage while i got the runaround by these two incompetent companies. I have just purchased some new lounges after building a pool and made sure they had clearly stated lengthy warranties. My warning to anyone thinking of buying outdoor furniture, think again before puchasing any HARTMAN products. Bay Living in Mornington has since closed. Initially, style and price. Poor back up and service from both Bay Living and Hartman.
