Rude, difficult and poor manners – I contacted this person for a quote on fixing a floor scratch. He replies with unintelligible words sometimes and he does not seem really interested on customer service. He is basically a time waster and I would not recommend him to anyone if you don't like to deal with rude people. I tried another guy and let me tell you that the experience is totally different and he quoted the same fix for $250 less (Hartnett Flooring did not give me a quote, he just said minimum $1500)
