Still awaiting quote 2 months later – Terrible customer service, no interest in your business. Awaiting a quote from before Christmas with excuse after excuse. Very happy we have found another business who came out to measure up our floors 2 days after speaking with them and had a quote to us in 24 hours.

Service very poor – Will not be recommending Mint Shutters to anybody. Whole process has taken six months to complete. The shutters were twice damaged and we had to wait for more to be made up - all the while be constantly hassled for more money. The customer service was appalling.

Just had 45sqm of Hyrid flooring laid down in a villa by Mint Flooring without a hitch. I could not speak more highly of Jordan in the front office as he helped the family in a difficult time through the process of assisting in selecting the right flooring, colour and recent trends to actual measuring the correct amount required with little waste.… Read more

Great Service all around! – Moe has provided us excellent service - responsive, on time and delivers as he has promised. Our installer was Cesar who also did an amazing job with our floors and very courteous with our neighbors as we live in an apartment. I had quotes from other local flooring companies and encountered; a quoter who was uncontactable, a showroom which was unprofessionally run, and a woman on the main desk who was outright rude... but... I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mint - plus they have a nice new shop at Caringbah Super Centre.
