They did a great job, Dan arrived promptly everyday during the sanding process and I was very impressed with the end result. Beautifully restored boards and the repairs that were necessary due to my dogs were great and I love the Satin finish of the boards. I thought they were reasonably priced for the size of the job. My wife and I have just moved into our newly built house. We engaged A1 flooring to install matte spotted gum engineered timber flooring in the downstairs of our home after the builder had handed the home over.

We had major water damage to our Jarrah timber dining room floor due to a broken water pipe in the ceiling. It was by chance that we happened to ask salesman at a furniture retailer if he could recommend a company that could repair and re-polish our floors, and he recommended A1 Flooring. We obtained a quote and after it was accepted by the insurance company we had the work carried out. We were amazed at the result. The damage has been completely repaired and our floors have never looked so good. Steve the tradesman who did the work is a wizard.

Quick Step Laminate laid over existing timber/tile flooring. Including stairs. Great attention to detail. The guys checked the old flooring was flat and corrected as necessary. Special attention was paid to the stairwell including the local (SA) manufacture of solid stair treads. The layer worked closely with me to insure a great job. recommended.

Highly recommend A1 Flooring Adelaide. The team (Chris, Brad, Adrian and Ryan) made the selection and laying processes as seamless and stress less as possible. We opted to change the boards from Spotted Gum to Premium Oak Matterhorn and they were very accommodating. Ryan and Adrian were meticulous with the preparation and laying of the boards (110 sqm) and completed the task within 5 days to a very high standard. Couldn’t be happier.
