kept repeating he was unable to do so until the floor was replaced. There was a definitely language barrier which hindered the process. He was unable to assist in this instance.
Don’t waste your money – Terrible work, by untrained people, do not go with this company, they done a terrible job , no way have they put a sealer and two coats on the floors, a piece of plastic even scratches the floors, when he was called back he carried on and slammed the door, am taking this further, will have to get somebody else in to redo.

Not happy! Would not use them again!! – I had my hard wood floors re sanded and polished. We went with there recommendation of using a water base polish. The worst thing we did and it was more expensive then doing a oil base polish, the floors leave marks everywhere when you walk on them. Great facelift for some old floors – Punctual, good price and great finish on varied types of flooring including hardwood and manufactured boards. My floorboards were quite badly scratched but they are looking great now.

Excellent service – Excellent prompt service. Aaron and his team were fantastic to deal with. They removed carpet from a bedroom, sanded the floorboards and polished with water-based polyurethane. Flooring Disaster – DO NOT USE THEM. DO NOT LET THEM IN YOUR HOME. This company is NOT to be trusted with any repairs or sanding to your timber floor. [Name Removed] is a fake just like his name. He is a salesman, nothing more. He has no expertise in flooring and engages a series of contractors do the work. They are not trained. There is no supervision of their work… Read more
and no commitment to quality: they just want to get in and get out again. If you value your home do not engage this phony company.
The Product Review are fakes. We checked the references by the fake [Name Removed] but have realised this is just part of his ruse.
The Repair • Two Chilean workers arrived and did not bring the necessary tools to complete the repair. There was no proper briefing by [Name Removed], no supervision. • Removed floorboards that were not meant to be removed because they couldn't or didn't understand the brief. Basic workers.... not training not expertise. Driven by money. • Damaged floorboards away from the repair area with clear power saw cuts…. yes, cuts in the floor • Did no stagger the timber in the repair leaving a line in floor... they left about a square metre of timber meant for the repair .. thrown in the skip bin....they could have used that to do a proper job but chose to cut corners. • Did not attempt to colour match the timber repair • Used nails that are clearly visible and obvious, no attempt to use wood concealer • Left gaps in the timber boards • Used a power saw on the repairs and left a 5 cm long gash in the doorway... that is 4 mm in width.
The Sanding • Our security cameras show that the worker left hours before they were supposed to. There was no way that they could have applied the required number of coats on the floor. • We have had TWO quotes from other companies to repair the damage caused by [Name Removed] Flooring. We will be out of pocket thousands of dollars. These companies confirm that the sanding is uneven and that the necessary number of coats were not applied as the floor is gritty and rough. We were shown clear and deep divets were the unsupervised and incompetent sander applied too much pressure.
So even if you can’t get anyone to come and give a quote for your floors….wait. Use a company with business premises. I regret the day I trusted this man. We are paying for it now. Like the previous reviews [Name Removed] will be angry and aggressive when confronted.
The Department of Fair Trading have advised us that we have a clear and valid claim based on the photographs provided.
