very comfortable , easy to use , save the adjustment – like to set up the chair suit my need based on my weight and height and the height if the desk. Is is important the chair is set up correctly for health and posture reasons

Purchased in at Harvey Norman for $499.

Chair arrives in a box – I bought this chair for over $800 and it was delivered in a box. I bought it through my Homecare Provider and would have assumed that it would arrive assembled.Bloody bad show Harvey!

Do not make my mistake. Avoid Harvey Norman's comfy office chairs – The chair was bought from Harvey Norman less than two years ago. After one year of hardly use at home (even not in office), the vinyl armrests and seat vinyl covers started cracking. I'm now an owner of a "comfy" chair which scratches my arms and spreads vinyl rubbish around. It looks like it's 10-15 years old. Harvey Norman customer service tells me it's completely my fault because I need to clean any leather or vinyl furniture with some special oil otherwise they're going to crack very rapidly. This has never been mentioned anywhere in any manuals, in spite I've bought a lot of furniture from them. Probably they tried to say that the previous 40-50 chairs from other brands that I used in my office for 20+ years without any problems with their surface, were a kind of miracle. So, do not repeat my mistake - never go to Harvey Norman if you think about a new office chair. P.S. I haven't complain, but the chair become to be quite loose and unstable from the first month of using. So, it's a complete piece of crap for $300.
