Very good experience – Ordered a felt hat for partner which arrived with sturdy and neat packaging to protect the hat. There was cardboard to keep the shape nice and foam around it. Awesome hats at pretty reasonable prices – I ordered a fisherman's hat from Hat world- the shipping was fast and came in a box to protect the hat from being damaged. A bit disappointed they seemed to have many of the sizes out of stock considering they don't have an extensive range but the hat I did receive was high quality, cute and only $30- the cheapest of it's kind I could find! I will be ordering from here again!
