No goods received. Delivery timeliness poor – Terrible delivery. Has Shadow site to make it looks like it's Australian when it is not. Delivery takes months. Says favourable returns policy however its more than the products costs. Items ordered a month ago and still not delivered.

Misleading – I googled LA dodger’s cap and HatstoreAustralia came up …so I purchased 3 caps .when I received the shipping update from Auspost it said it was coming from Germany.!!! I then found out the site is in Sweden and is not Australian owned at all .I realise lots of businesses are not Australian owned however using HatstoreAustralia is so misleading to… Read more
