Havn Auto Group

Found a car listed on Facebook Marketplace and noticed HAVN Auto Group were the seller. I googled the business, found their address and decided to go down in person to have a look at the car. I actually went there twice during their advertised opening hours. Both times the gates were locked, all the doors were shut and there was nobody around. On the second visit I waited around 30 minutes thinking someone might turn up or that they had just stepped away, but still nobody came. Ended up giving up and going elsewhere instead. Pretty disappointing when you make the effort to go there twice during their opening hours and can’t even find anyone there to speak to.

I do not recommend this company, very dodgy as a lot of reviews state. I done a check on a car via a service the deep dives into a vehicle history, they said car was 1 owner but had been registered under 3 different people. The car also had major issues listed against its title that weren’t disclosed in there advert via Facebook. Didn’t even bother too message or look further after the clear lies in the advertisement they had made, brought a car else where that had clear and a truthful advertisement. Please do checks if planning buy from this company, website called motorregistery can save you greatly

If I could give them a zero rating I would. I will not recommend this company to anyone that wants to have an easy sale for a car. My parter recently purchased a 2024 ford ranger, from this joke of a company. [Name Removed] was responsive up until the sale was made, after that it would take days to respond to any message or calls, even then would be blunt and no helpful update on the where the car was at. It took 4weeks for the car to be shipped from Sydney, and turned out to not be the car that was promised in the first place. Also traded in a Ford Falcon that they were willing to buy and accept. Was handed over on the day of collection of the ranger and [Name Removed] said all paperwork and money will be done the next day. Ranger wasn’t put into partners name for 2weeks. No money for the falcon after weeks of constant back and forth with [Name Removed] and he claims that there had to be fix ups with the falcon. As well as multiple unanswered calls and messages . This company has been extremely unprofessional and not compensating at all. Please save the hassle and drama and don’t use this place.

Don't buy any cars through Havn Auto Group Southport. My partner purchased a car throuah them in "immaculate" condition with a 2" lift only to have it arrive with ahil damage, damage to the rear bar, various scratches and no lift. Also came without a road worthv and not put into my partners name which is illegal. It's been 8 weeks of stress and stuffing around so save your money and don't buy from there. We aren't the onlv ones having issues with the cars they've sold either.
