floods subsided we were in stressed how to repair then return the pontoon and gangway, when David Haynes Welding and Fabrication designed and substantially strengthened the pontoon and gangway, enabling the pontoon and gangway to be 'craned' back the river and now absolutely secure and ready for any more substantial floods .
