HCF Eyecare

Very disappointing experience. I’m usually right on time for appointments, but this time - ironically, due to my eyesight - I became lost in the shopping centre. I spoke to the receptionist and told her I was not far away. Despite being only roughly 15 minutes late, and apologising profusely, my appointment was cancelled. Won’t be coming here again. Poor treatment of people with sight impairment.

Great Optometrist in HCF Hurstville – Janelle Leong at HCF Hurstville was extremely good at what she does, very thorough, took a lot of time to explain and educate and her Customer Service goes over and above. Highly recommend.

Great experience – On 30/12/22 I went into HCF Eyecare on George St with my existing prescription. I picked out two frames and had my glasses ordered within half an hour. The range at the centre was extensive across budget and style. My glasses were available in a faster than expected time frame. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Fantastic quality and I'll be happy to return in future.

Better than 5 star service – I have had the absolute pleasure of dealing with HCF Eyecare at Parramatta for over 8 years. I have recently had major problems with my vision which required cataract surgery as well as changes to my glasses prescription. The staff at HCF Parramatta have been absolutely fantastic in providing personalised service. They have gone above and beyond to assist me through these difficult times. You may be able to save money in the short term at the highly advertised low price Optical dispensers but when it comes to excellent quality vision products and exceptional customer service, the long term investment at HCF Eyecare will outshine every time. I would rate HCF Eyecare 10 stars if the rating system would allow.
