A run around so you'll give up – We had a common experience. An electric blanket controller failed. Found the right replacement part. The company was helpful. Part arrived fairly promptly. Installed part. It lasted about two weeks. Contacted company who offered to replace it. They then called back, said it was out of stock and they'd issue a refund. Time passed. No refund. Contacted them again promised, in an email, a refund. Still nothing.
