OK – Overall I would buy it for Dandruff control but nothing else, its not appealing in the beauty sense at all. It obviously is known the most for being able to powerfully get rid of dandruff in your hair, and it does a decent job of that. About half my dandruff was gone within a week or two which was more than fantastic. It didnt get rid of all of my dandruff like it promises, plus the packacking is just so overdone, repeated and old. They need to come up with something new. It didn't smell or look as appealing as other nicer shampoos.

Bad – From itchy scalp to oily scalp- I'm not too sure whats better. It definitely wont be a shampoo I'll be purchasing again. Head and shoulders is cheaper than alot of shampoos and can be purchased easily at supermarkets. The smell is very unappealing and it made my hair very oily and uncomfortable.

Excellent – I love using heads and shoulders refresh shampoo. i don't use it all the time but my husband will not use any other range of shampoos for his hair. It stops his dandruff and keeps his hair very clean. i love to use it everynow and then to give me the cool feeling on my head while having a shower, it also cleans your scalp very well. the smell is really nice also. Probably one of the best anti dandruff products on the market in the last few years. Smells great. good price. Easy to buy at many supemarkets.
