HEALING LEAVES IS THE WORST CLINIC AND HAS THE WORST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER SPOKEN TO. What a terrible clinic! The doctor treated me with no care, no compassion and like I was a criminal for using alternative therapies. I had to prove my mental health condition by producing a psychiatrist report to the nurse. My first appointment was on Christmas Eve and after I was judged and treated with utter contempt by the doctor, he did not inform me of how or where I can get my script dispensed so I go unmedicated until I find a new clinic. I am absolutely disgusted by the treatment I have received. The doctor was more concerned about being audited by TGA instead of caring for his patients. I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor before. AVOID AT ALL COST, this clinic needs to be shut down!

I had high hopes when I joined Healing Leaves. I’m in WA, living with chronic pain, ADHD, severe anxiety, and sleep issues. I was looking for genuine support to move away from pharmaceuticals and improve my quality of life. Sadly, this clinic has been a major letdown. While the sign-up process was smooth, the free phone consult system is a mess. Time zones between WA, QLD (nurse), and VIC (doctor) are handled poorly. I’ve had appointments missed due to incorrect scheduling—once being told I missed a 7am call, even though I was booked for 9am WA time. It’s stressful and frustrating when you’re already unwell.

Product quality has been inconsistent. Flowers are sometimes dry, powdery, long stalks, or even contain seeds. Effects vary wildly between batches of the same strain. Not all products had batch numbers either. I complained to Biocann, no response. Vape cartridges used to be full and effective—now they have changed and come with large bubbles, barely any taste or effect. Supposed to be for sleep.

I raised concerns about weak products, and instead of support, I was told to cut back. Then my doctor increased my monthly allowance to 90g, even though I used less than half that this month and wasn’t getting relief. I’m not overusing—I’m still in pain and not sleeping.

They push you to only use their Chempro pharmacies, selling their in-house brands like Biocann and Pharmacann, while warning other pharmacies might “overcharge” or give you something else. It feels more like a sales strategy than patient care.

And the Ninja Turtles branding? It might be funny to some, but for those of us seeking serious medical treatment, it feels unprofessional.

Healing Leaves started strong, but it seems like they’ve become too busy and lost focus on what matters: the patients. I’m now stuck looking for a new doctor and clinic. Disappointed is an understatement.
