Because of the seriousness of this issue, we lobbied hard with relevant government departments to have Healthy Lifestyle Australia shut down. Disgusted with customer service – Still waiting for my product. The company hasn’t even let me know what’s happening. Disgraceful customer service.

Products not received – I purchased 4 calming buddy teddy bears. In June still haven't received them. I have emailed them 3 times asking for a refund. Reading the reviews I think I've been scammed.

Unhappy shopper – Placed an order 2 months ago still have not received product or any tracking information this is 100 percent a fake site. Do not buy or trust.

Fake website – I would give a 0 if I could , fake site,never respond to messages. Do not buy from them.

fake website! beware australia – this is fake website. i bought 499.99AUD pram from them and order never arrived. they never responded to email and there is no phone number on their site. should have researched better.
